Granted, it’s a chain restaurant and it’s fast food. I’m not expecting a five star dining experience but the staff is quite rude and inattentive to the customers. Upon entering and approaching the counter we had to wait for the cashier and what appeared to be his supervisor finish their conversation. The supervisor finally told the guy to ring us up. He talked a bit more and then proceeded to help us. I order«two number threes, both with coke». He rang us up for«three number threes». An acceptable mistake, however he argued back and forth with us a bit before blaming us for the mistake. His supervisor came over and fixed the issue, but not a word of apology for the mixup. Food is fine, which is what saves them from one star but the staff definitely needs a shakeup.

This Burger King is by far the WORST restaurant I have been to. The ICEE machines were broken. Staff was rude and rolled their eyes and yelled at customers. When I asked for my $ 5 certificate for not getting a receipt I was denied it. So very disappointed in the company.

This is the slowest fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. Same food. If you half a half hour before a movie across the street don’t expect to have time to eat this un-fast food.

It was late and I desperately needed a cup of strong coffee.(I know. why the F— did you go to BK) it was the only option. However, I couldn’t order a cup. First, the lights were on but no one was home. It seemed that their employees had left before closing time. Signage on, interior lights on but no response for what seemed like five plus minutes. This was at a very late time in the night. I pulled up to the window and looked in but nothing and no one. If they could leave before closing time and not bother to shut down the lights causing customers to make my same mistake, this shows no care and explains the many low rated reviews.

11 minutes by the front window of the drive-thru waiting for 2 junior whoppers. Watched the drive-thru girl make shakes and go in the back as no one handed me my bag of food. When I finally got my burgers, no napkins and they were ice cold. Disgusting.

Blegh, the Whopper has changed. It wasn’t very good at all. Neither were the fries.

Too bad I couldn’t give negative stars. My husband and I came in for a quick bite before going to a movie. Not only did we have to wait for the cashier to finish chatting with the only two co-workers, she happened to give out a wrong order. Once she gave the girl her correct burger, she threw the wrong one in the trash. A few minutes later, the manager Carlos, came and took the trash can away. He went into the back and told the cook that he’d resell the burger later. Disgusting and a total health hazard.

Not sure what happened at this place, maybe it was their off day, but drive thru was way too long. I waited about 10 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. I knew going in would’ve been faster but I had my toddler sleeping in the car. I waited it out and yes the food was hot, but wish that drive-thru was a bit faster.

Breakfast of Kings? Juries hung on that one. I had the strawberry banana smoothie and it was filled with ice chunks in every swig… not very smooth if I might say so. Their mocha frappé was much smoother in texture, so the hubby was forced to share a little more than he wanted to. The hubby had the sausage breakfast sandwich on a buttermilk biscuit. I’m not a huge fan of their biscuits. They are too heavy, dry and fall apart. In comparison, McDonald’s does a better breakfast sandwich. The hash brown tots had a strong and strange grease flavor to them, it was beyond gross. I wondered if maybe the oil had gone rancid. I found myself longing for a McDonald’s hash brown. I had the sausage breakfast burrito: scrambled eggs, sausage, melted cheese, and onions and peppers wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla, it was good. Finally something Burger King did pretty darn right. The only thing I could see coming back for, the breakfast burrito and a mocha frappé.

This was my first visit to this burger king and it’s about as good as any other I’d say. the seating arrangements were definitely different. other than that, I can’t say too much. but I like it. it’s definitely a good spot to eat at if you’re going to the movie theater across the street.

I came here to try the nuggets they have been advertising everywhere and decided to try it out. And it was by far the worst nuggets I ever had. McDonald’s nuggets are TONS better than these dried, tasteless nuggets Burger King is now offering, I couldn’t eat all 20 pieces, and wanted to throw up afterwards. Maybe I should just stick to my usual, a Whopper with cheese LOL

First, I would say I like New York Burger King much better, ex. the taste. Second, I figured out why the King has to sell itself and beaten up sales by McDonald’s. I drove by and ordered a double stake sandwich and a shake yesterday. The sandwich was pretty crappy and small and I think it came out from frozen food. I could not find the other stake at the first look and it looked like a one stake whopper. the outfit of the shake looks cheap too. They only got one boy who served the outside and inside orders at 6pm that busy day. I had to wait 15 mins to be served. Anyway, the boy at the counter was courtesy, not the lady from inside who handed me the burger.

What can I say… I love the taste of the Whopper. We decided to grab some Bk for breakfast. Of course as you know this awesomely tanned individual otherwise known as Shake & bake ordered the Whopper meal. I was tempted for the double whopper with cheese extra mayo BUT decided to go the healthy orute and just get a regular whopper with cheese. Awesome…Burger king has a specuial place in my memory as it is one of the places my dad used to take me and my sister as kids and he would put little crowns on us . This location is awesome because you can buy some whoppers and smuggle em into the Movie theater across the street. I actually witnessed 3 chunky hipster chicks stuffing whole meals into their bags then crossing the street and walking into the theater… AWESOME!!! SHake & Bake seal of approval. Hipster infestation: Level 5

Yeah, this is my favorite Burger King in the city. I’ve been to a few and this is definitely better than the location at Western and Chicago. I mean, it’s a Burger King so there isn’t much to say. They all look the same, they all serve the same food. However, I’ve received undercooked food at the one on Chicago which is icky. This BK has friendly staff and is very clean inside. It’s right across from the Kerasotes movie theater so you can grab something quickly before or after you catch a flick.
