Food was fresh. Service was great, even had an employee ask us if we enjoyed our food and even bussed our food from table. First class service on a fast food budget!

Terrific manager, superbly nice service. Never experienced a manager walking around to each table to make sure the customers are satisfied at a fast food restaurant, that is until today. In fact, his wonderful demeanor caused me to sign up to make my first Unilocal review.

I truly just want to receive what I ordered. I order extra sides of either peppers or sauce, and I just want to receive them. I don’t care if there’s an upcharge. I will pay for it, just please remember to put it on the ticket. I had a lady tell me that she couldn’t give me what I ordered because I wasn’t upcharged on the ticked(granted there was also a long line at this time so I couldn’t exactly go back in line and pay for it again). Thankfully, the guy who rang me up said that I did order extras and then included them without a charge for my trouble. If the order is recorded right the first time, there won’t be any going-back-in-line-to-fix-it shenanigans.

Wait took forever for what I’ll call average Burger King(aka not great but my expectations weren’t too high) although there were far less customers waiting than employees standing around in the kitchen. I also cannot stand when businesses allow people to loiter and 12 year old girls with their ghetto moms to try and sell you candy bars every 5 seconds(the 12 year old had a brand new iPhone in her hand and was loudly bitching that people wouldn’t buy her candy the entire time I was eating). We get enough of that on the streets and deserve an uninterrupted meal. Will not be returning.

This place is clean, very friendly and the food was good. It was only $ 1.49 for the 10 pc nuggets.

I’m not ashamed to admit that I was feeling like shit the other night and didn’t want to leave my house. On nights like that having a Whopper delivered to you sounds like a great idea, or at least a better idea than not eating. Unfortunately my food came 30 mins late, the delivery guy was so stoned he left a stench of weed in the halls, the food was stone cold, and the buns were stale. I should have let myself starve.

It took them a long time to acknowledge me since they gave the previous customers wrong orders and were trying to correct them. When they finally got to me, they also messed up my order. I guess it’s a common thing here. How come when they mess up an order they always give you a cheaper burger instead of a more expensive one? My burgers were at room temperature which sucks. Burger King can you put a microwave in your restaurants so customers can heat their burgers since you don’t want to do it. It’s only getting two stars because I felt that the girl working was giving a sincere effort to do her job.

Can’t even go here anymore. Every time I go, there’s an issue. I have been given the wrong food before, I have been given undercooked food, I have been ignored for long periods of time but the last straw was when they wouldn’t honor a coupon given through the text message alerts from Burger King. She told me she couldnt honor it because it didnt have a code and because they need something to attach to their copy of the receipt. I showed them the text message and the link that that text message opens and she said she couldnt honor it. When I asked her what the point of the text message service was if I couldnt use the coupons sent to me, she replied, «I don’t know.»

One star? Get out of my country. If they mess up your order it’s probably on purpose because all the employees are undercover executives that easily marked you as an insufferable turd the moment you walked in. My one complaint is that this place faces the street. If not for that it would make a great hidin’ hole. I’ve been here five times in the last two months and without exception my order has been taken within two minutes of crossing the threshold; not once has the person behind the register been less than pleasant; without exception my food magically materialized in five minutes or less, hot and fresh, every time. Fries and a classic chicken sandwich — that’s my poison.(Don’t try to rope me in with some newfangled spicy chicken.) I’ve been here during the lunch rush and in the evening but the experience was the same. The only difference was how many of my fellow Big Ten alumni were in the dining area stuffing their glib little faces. Five stars. If you disagree you are wrong. If you rate this place less than four stars you’re bougie scum and not fit to wear the BK crown.

My coworkers and I have ordered from here about 15 times. They have NEVER gotten a single order correct. You might ask why we keep going back. It is a game we are playing to see how long it will take to get an order correct. The over /under is never. I think the employees at this location are also playing a game. How many times will a paying customer keep coming back for the absolutely worst service we can provide… Last order was tonight, 03-17-2014, time 6:52PM order #40 We ordered a Bacon Double cheeseburger, Rodeo Burger, MD Fry and a MD Sprite. No bacon on the BACON double Cheeseburger… really? EDIT: 04÷14÷14 Decided to roll the dice again and try again last week. Shockingly good! Everything was correct, big improvement, and it was fresh and tasty. If this keeps up I will have to go higher than 3 stars.

Well, I ordered 3 things and they only managed to put two of them in the bag. Thanks idiots. It’s pretty slow too.

I thought I was happy to see that, after a long absence, Burger King opened a Loop location close to where I work. I decided to give them a try for both breakfast and lunch. At 8:30 this morning, they had no syrup for pancakes and biscuits were a 15-minute wait. Strike one. At 2:00 this afternoon, a female supervisor working one of the registers was too busy talking with her co-workers and didn’t even acknowledge me. After I stood at her register for what seemed like a long time, she finally looked at me and spoke: «Just a minute,» she said. Then she resumed talking to others. Strike two. So I responded, «Nah, I think I’ll move to this other line because the girl there isn’t ignoring her customers like you are.» Strike three. So much for Burger King.
