I’ve had the same experience as Kris P. I bought a cleaning from them on Amazon Local and have tried to schedule with them but they don’t answer their phone or return messages. Now I have received a message from Amazon Local that Blessed Hands doesn’t plan to redeem anymore of these orders so we are eligible for a refund. They shouldn’t have signed up for this promotion if they weren’t able to handle the business. Very unprofessional.

They’ve been advertising on Amazon Local so I was going to book a cleaning. I called them twice and left a message, and no one called me back. I also submitted an email inquiry on their web site, and no one responded even after 5 days later. It’s been 2 weeks and still no response. Do not use them — they do not respond to customers and I don’t even know if this is a legitimate business.
