This place is like a Chipotle for pizza! It was very cool. You go in, choose what kind of sauce, cheese, meats, and veggies you want; they then fire it up and it only takes a couple of minutes to come out. And if you don’t know exactly what you want, there are pizzas on the menu that you can choose from with a set list of ingredients. The pizza was pretty good too. I got the Meateater pizza but I added bacon and red peppers. For about $ 8.75, you get a whole personal sized pizza with as many toppings as you want. It was tasty, quick, and affordable.

This place, oh my gosh. Every time I want pizza at midnight, I wish they were open. Creating your own thin crust pizza is so much fun. Their toppings are so good and if you add ricotta cheese to anything, it was designed to be great. They don’t skimp on toppings(ahem, Chipotle) and all of the girls working here are really cool. I wish I could eat this daily. But I’m not in college any more! :( If you want crispy, a million toppings and lots of cheese. Then this is your place.

The workers there are incredibly nice. I think I need to express their genuineness before I begin reviewing this restaurant. We were greeted with smiles, they were incredibly kind, and the manager kept checking up on us while we were eating. For a fast food place, I’m incredibly impressed by their top notch service. What great humans! Moving forward, the pizza was phenomenal. I ordered a one topping pizza, which totaled to around 6 – 7 bucks. I chose the spicy pizza sauce, which I thought was absolutely delicious and definitely eatable because I’m used to extremely spicy food(#pakistanipride). I do, however, suggest that if you’re not good with spicy food, then pass on the spicy sauce and go for the normal sauce. Either way, it all tastes delicious, the pizza is cooked perfectly, and you’ll be satisfied by the time you walk out of the restaurant. Will definitely come again, especially if I miss my train back home. Yummy!

If I don’t know what I’m craving I go to blaze and the craving is satisfied no matter what! So many topping options, and an entire build your own pizza for $ 9! I love how fresh the dough and toppings are. My personal preference is to ask them to wood fire it a bit longer to get some crisp on the crust. The roasted veggie Gorgonzola salad and blood orange lemonade ar great add ons as well. The staff here is also incredibly nice! Even during the busy lunch hours they keep the line moving smoothly and you never have to wait very long. Given the location the hours are a little weird so just be sure to check before going.

I’ve been in here a few times already and always have received great service. The staff is friendly and my orders have always been executed properly, especially for my colleagues that have special dietary needs. Our pizzas always have been tasty(even with the gluten free and vegan cheese options) and prepared well. Today, I messed up my colleague’s order(got regular cheese instead of vegan cheese) and didn’t realize it until after a few minutes of waiting. When I notified them that I placed the wrong order, they quickly made me a new one and even remembered all the ingredients that I had originally asked for(yep, they made it with vegan cheese). No one was rude or gave me attitude about making a new one even though it was my fault for being so absent minded. The staff was still friendly and accommodating as they usually are. THANKS again for the great service and food and for having nice options for people with dietary restrictions.

They ruined what used to be IMO the best gluten-free pizza in the city. Backstory: I ordered this pizza with the gluten-free crust for months. It was delicious. The crust was thin, well done, and it tasted as good — if not better — than the regular(gluten) crust. Recently, however, they started using some sort of a rubberized bottom tray — on the gluten-free crust pizzas — as they are baked in the oven. This completely ruins the pizza and, frankly, makes it nearly inedible. The crust comes out almost raw, extremely soggy, and impossible to handle. The entire pizza is less«done» than ever before. This concerns me because some of the ingredients at the bottom still look and taste raw. I’m not sure what possessed them to use that rubber bottom when baking gluten-free pizzas, but it needs to stop. It ruined an otherwise perfect pizza. It tastes terrible now and it’s a complete deal breaker. I’m also concerned about the hazards that such a rubber piece poses to my health when it goes in a super hot oven with my pizza on top of it. They went from making the best gluten free pizza in the city to the worst, overnight. I just don’t get it. I realize that gluten-free dough may or may not bake as well as regular dough, but they used to make it right. What happened?

Today my coworkers and I weren’t planning on stopping into Blaze, but we were more than glad that we did! The service was top notch. We were greeted with smiles and treated better than many competing fast casual restaurants. The staff seemed happy to be there and were very helpful, all around. Delicious and happy lunch!

Amazing thin crust pizza amazingly fast. I have no idea how Blaze has managed to make a pizza that tastes great, has tons of topping options and is ready in a few minutes, but they succeeded where others have failed. The prices are also very low for what you get. It’s a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner(I’m trying to avoid it for breakfast).

We stopped in Blaze for lunch and had a LONG, but enjoyable, time. Décor: Think of this place as the Chipotle of pizza. You«create» your pizza as you walk down the line of ingredients and they cook it for you very quickly. Even the décor has a bit of the same feel to it: lots of tables, basic look and feel, tables outside… not much to it. But it doesn’t need much, other than more space to accommodate the lunch rush(and I do mean LUNCHRUSH! It gets CROWDED at lunchtime!) Bathroom: unknown Staff: Despite the massive line the staff was friendly, upbeat, and very cheerful. It was a nice surprise given the rest of us customers were starting to get a bit surly having to wait so long(we waited 30mins to order and then another 15 for our food to be made… a bit longer than the«180sec» claim). The problem is not the staff, the problem is the process: they have just as many online orders as they do in-person orders and it severely backs everything up. Food: While it did take a while, our pizzas were hot and fresh and absolutely DELICIOUS! Really, I cannot stress it enough, they are SOGOOD! We kept it simple too, with just a pepperoni and a sausage, and were blown away. Btw, if you like spicy, get the spicy red sauce! The pizza sizes are enough for a normal person but if you have a big appetite you might want to go for the unlimited toppings or, like I plan to do next time, get two pizzas(they are VERY thin crust pizzas). Value: The prices are pretty cheap here, especially given that an «unlimited topping» pizza costs the same as a «special» pizza and only slightly more than a single-topping. Wow! Great value! We came here on a recommendation of a friend and are so glad that we did — this pizza is GREAT and we cannot wait to come back(perhaps during a less-busy time of day though…)

Pretty impressed with Blaze. I stopped in after work to pick up a quick pizza for take-out(my first visit). The staff was really friendly and explained how things worked. I would argue that it takes more than the stated 180 seconds to cook each pizza, but it was pretty fast and I have to say that I was quite impressed with the quality and flavor. The lines are usually really long, but I can understand why. If you’re in the market for quick, tasty pizza, definitely worth it. The seating in this location looked pretty comfy as well.

I mirror the sentiment of many other people that have left reviews. Blaze Pizza can legitimately describe themselves as Quick, Cheap, and Delicious in the same sentence. As others have mentioned, Blaze is set up similar to Chipotle. You can choose a pre-determined type or you can opt to create your own. The selection and potential combination of pizza toppings is endless. There’s 3 different sauces and 3 different drizzles. There are 7 different types of meats including Bacon, Meatballs, Ham, Chicken, Sausage, Salami and Pepperoni. I try to hold back from ordering all 7 meats on a single pizza. There’s a large variety of cheeses and veggies and as I said before, the combinations are endless. Blaze is set up in a Chipotle-Style assembly line. Even when the line is long, which it can be during the lunch rush, you’re never left waiting too long. They are FAST and they are EFFICIENT. They are also quite friendly which is a nice touch. I’ve never had a problem with the service here as everyone has been friendly, courteous and helpful. The pizza is pretty cheap. You’ll pay maybe 8 – 12 dollars for a pizza depending on what you’ve put on yours. 8 – 12 dollars for the speed, quality, and sheer volume of food is a pretty good deal! Blaze has worked its way into my rotation for lunchtime options when working in Chicago.

Blaze Pizza offered free pizza to woo me back in for a second try, and me being a sucker for free pizza, I happily obliged. I ordered the«Linked In,» which was delicious. The cashier even asked me if I enjoyed my pizza while I was eating it since I got it for free! I told her indeed, that it was amazing. Their pizza is definitely better than I remembered the first time. Service was great.

On a diet? Don’t go to blaze’d. Wanna be a happy fat kid? Head to blaze’d ASAP! Honestly, any time I need 1000 toppings on a crispy crust during lunch break, I know where to go. Yes, the lunch lines suck, but the staff must’ve been trained in Apple’s Chinese factory because they move like a lightening fast assembly line. I swear by the white top, minus bacon and I add every freaking cheese(seriously), basil, pineapple and pesto drizzle. I see Jesus every time I eat this because this is heavenly. Remember, happy fat kids, wear your lose pants and hit up blaze’d!

DELICIOUS!!! A friend mentioned that this place is like a «Chipotle style» pizza joint where you pick all of your own toppings. My hubby brought me here during my birthday week of treats and I was ecstatic. Yes, you can pick from a wide range of fresh yummy ingredients. Yes, the pizza is cooked super fast. Yes, they offer the best dessert. Just to get those few facts out of the way. My hubby only likes sausage and pepperoni on his pizza. I love an assortment of everything on my pie. So this is definitely our new spot. I think they guarantee to have it cooked in 180 seconds. I wasn’t timing it but our food came out pretty fast. The crust was crisp and crunchy, they topping were cooked thoroughly. No complaints here. To top it off I had the smore cookie thing. Let me tell you… I’ve had many delicious gourmet desserts from within the city, however this simple smore cookie blessed my soul. It wasn’t the plain olé graham cracker, oh no it was much more than that. I can’t even get it out how delicious it was. You have to try it for yourself!

I’ve had Blaze bookmarked for a bit, and when I had to go to Union Station today, a neuron«fast-fire’d» in my mind to get a quick fix of pizza. I didn’t get there until about 6 pm. I can’t ding them for long lines; on the contrary, I was first in line. They were very friendly in greeting me, and when they asked me & I told them that it was my first time here, they did a quick run-through of the menu and pointed to the wide array of toppings in front of me. Yes, like Chipotle, as people have mentioned, but on steroids, with multiple sauces, a half-dozen cheeses, and a stable and garden of meats and vegees. Too many choices for me; so I went for one of their«signatures,» the BBQ Chicken, which had, mozzarella, red onion, banana peppers, gorgonzola, bbq sauce drizzle. It’s nice that it’s one price for all the toppings you want – avoids feeling like I’m being nickeled & dimed.(Other pizzerias, I’m looking at you – $ 1 for half a clove of garlic?!?) I added some ham and artichokes, and swapped the banana peppers for jalapeños. Bananas? We don’t need no stinkin’ bananas! I’ve got to say, that I love the concept. The thought that they can cook a pizza in 3 minutes is pretty amazing. THAT, my friends, is American ingenuity.(At least it I hope it is – I could see the Japanese perfecting this too, though having had pizza in Japan, I don’t trust their«taste» in toppings…) I’m thinking of turning the concept into a vending machine, because I’m sure that a lot of people would love this at work, and it’s a pretty simple process. Nothing appears to be cooked except after the pizza is assembled. Just drop the ingredients on the so-so dough & Blaze it. Fun for the whole family to watch at the rest stop on the highway & take the kids’ attention off their backseat bickering! So – how did I like the pizza? It depends on what the meaning of «like» is, as Clinton might have said. I wouldn’t have otherwise had pizza today. So I couldn’t trust that the crust would taste & chew like top-notch bread, but it wasn’t at all bad either. The variety of toppings is good, and I liked the ones I had. Just on taste, I’d give it 2.5 stars, round to three. I liked it between«meh» and«A-OK.» But for the ability to have pizza at a time of day when not many places sell slices? And get it fresh in 3 minutes? I like that! That’s at least 5 stars, my friend. So, a definitely solid 4 stars of likability in the end. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here – I only do that when the food is the star. But if you’re no more than several blocks away and you want a cool experience and decent-enough ‘za, I recommend it. I’m sure I’ll be back.(In comparison with Chipotle, Chipotle’s ingredients and flavor are relatively superior. If you care about volume, they’re similar: if I’m starving, I can finish a whole burrito at Chipotle; I was starving tonight & was plenty full after finishing the whole pizza. And for $ 8 for a 12″ diameter pizza – let’s see, «pie» * r squared… That’s 113 square inches of pizza… Seven cents per square inch doesn’t seem half bad. Now how can I apply that thinking to justify going to Alinea?

Please come to St Louis! I was speed reading you’re coming soon locations and when I saw St Louis in the second quarter I got all tingly inside. Then I re-read and realized it was St. Louis Park, MN. Lucky for them, they are getting one fabulous pizza parlor. I finished my business meeting early in the day so I had time to grab a quick lunch before boarding my train back to STL. I’d been craving pizza since I arrived in Chicago, so I headed over to Blaze. I knew it wasn’t going to be Chicago deep dish, but being from Saint Louis, I do favor a thin crisp crust. If the line is long when you enter, don’t worry it moves fast. Remember, Fast-Fire’d is in their name. So a blazing hot oven + dedicated elfs + 180 seconds = fast-fire’d, perfectly crisp perfection. When it was time for me to order, I chose the Meat Eater. My 11″ pizza(they only come in one size) was covered in pepperoni, crumbled meatballs, red onions, red sauce and mozzarella cheese. I just love how mozzarella melts on my pizza. Since the pizzas only come in one size, here are some words of wisdom; «Every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard and believe in yourself.» In closing, I will ask you one more time, PLEASE come to St. Louis, MO.

Overall, very good serving size and delicious toppings. I went with the create your own and had them throw on around 6 – 7 toppings, and you can have add as many toppings as you want! They throw everything on in front of you, so everything looks pretty fresh. Line moved quick and so did check out. I waited around 3 – 5 minutes for my pizza, which is quick. The crust is really thin and the oven must be ridiculously hot, so it cooks pretty quickly. As thin as the crust is, the pizza is like… 10″ at least, so you feel very satisfied after finishing it. Come in before 11:30 if you wish to dine in, and apparently you can place an order online and go to the cash register to avoid the line. Overall very great business set up, quick service, great food, I’ll be back.

This is where pizza meets Chipotle. Well actually Subway started the ‘build your own’ meal craze(but Chipotle receives all the credit). Blaze uses this same approach for building your own pizza. With the exception of the crust, every other ingredient is selected by the customer. From the sauce to the seasoning the choice is yours. They have all fresh ingredients and with the ‘build your own’ pizza you select as many(or few) as you want. They do have some standard pizzas available but why would you come here for that? The staff is super friendly and helpful. On my first visit I appreciated them asking if it was my first time and then guiding me to the process. The person who helped me was extremely patient as I went down the line deciding what I wanted. After building your pizza, they put it blazing fire oven and 180 seconds later your name is called to pick up your pizza. Both times I’ve been here I ate my pizza in their dining area(which has a cool and casual feel to it) which allowed me having my pizza almost immediately after it came out of the oven. The flavor was amazing; extremely fresh. Unfortunately on both visits I did not have any leftovers so I cannot comment on how it is when warmed up the next day. If Blaze is in your area and you have not checked them out; shame on you. Get moving. And if you happen to visit a city that has a Blaze(as I did), be sure to check them out. You will not regret it. As it says on the ‘Blaze’ website: «Enjoy the rest of your day.»

It’s the dough and marinara version of Chipotle. Super cheap, super fast, and surprisingly healthy-ish if you don’t eat the whole entire portion. They have pre-menued pies or unlimited-topping create your own is only $ 7.95. That includes about everything you’ve ever had on a pizza from goat cheese to chicken to sauteed onions. Pick sauce, cheeses, and whatever else floats your boat, wait 3 minutes for it to cook and voila! You’re in and out in under 10 minutes and 10 bucks. It’s a beautiful thing.
