They came and measured my kitchen for a granite countertop. and told me they could do it in one piece. Delivered it in 2 pieces without calling me to at least notify me of the change in the order(plus showed up an hour after the end of the promised installation window). I called to complain(and yes, admittedly, to try and negotiate a discount on the price since I wasn’t delivered what was promised) and their stance was that they had done absolutely nothing wrong in showing up at my door with something different than I had been promised. They made up a different excuse every time, the last one being I had an unusual sink(pure BS). It was an Elkay from Home Depot and the measurer knew exactly what sink I had – saw it with his own eyes at my house – yet still promised it in one piece. I think they would get a good rating from me if they had just notified me what they intended to deliver, and if their communication had been better and quicker. If they couldn’t deliver what they promised, they should have at least notified me. Plus it took 2 business days and a couple of messages left before anyone called me back after the day I had the measurements done(you’d think they would want my money faster!), and then another day she promised to call me to verify they received the slab, and not only did she not call me back, when I called back she had left early for the day. The granite itself is good, was installed reasonably well, I just have a real issue with the customer service.
