This is an above-average Baskin Robbins in a below-average location. Service is quick and the staff is generally happy. This location is probably due for a remodel but is cleaner than many Dunkin/Baskin locations in Chicago. The only real downside here is the location. I’m accustomed to being panhandled in this part of town but I once witnessed what almost turned into a domestic incident while I was waiting in line. There was some«baby momma drama» that could have gotten pretty ugly but the instigator left after a few tense moments. I’m picky about my Cappuchino Blasts and this location doesn’t make bad ones at all. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area, just be cognizant of what part of town you’re in!
