I’ve been coming here for 4 years as needed. Dr. Chung and the staff have been nothing but helpful. My job is physically demanding and regular maintenance is necessary for me. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been struggling with back pain for 8 years, and I finally found doctors who are helping me treat and manage my pain. I found this practice on Zoc Doc, and was able to see a doctor the same day. The office is directly off the Lawrence stop and is open nights and Saturdays, which works perfectly for my schedule. So convenient. The doctors are kind and informative, and went over my history and treatment plan with me. The staff is very polite, and they knew me by name after just 2 visits. I highly recommend this practice!

They kindly addressed my concern. The woman who is the head of the billing department is an angel! But still won’t be going back.

Did a walk in special and had a great time. Next time I will need a longer massage. The staff even did a follow up to check if I want another.

I went to Balancing Point for over a year, and my husband went for over two. We finally realized that we just kept going every week to get an adjustment and massage, and we’d feel pretty good for about 3 days, and then back to pain, and needing to shell out a co-pay to feel better. I was never given any tips for stretches or exercises to do at home, or asked about the bag I carry, the way I sit at work, et cetera. Just keep coming back. I finally stopped going and went to another office, at Grace and Clark. I came in and told the chiropractor my past experience, and he sat with me for 30 minutes, asking me how I sat at work and home, how much I carried on my back or in a purse, and gave me several stretches to do throughout my day. I saw him four times and I feel better than the 2 years I spent coming to Balancing Point week in and week out with no treatment plan, or even mention of when we might talk and reassess my treatment. It really felt like a great way to bill insurance month after month. Perhaps they are good for accupuncture and other services, but for general tension and stress pain, I would skip it, unless you want an excuse to get a massage once a week. Which I guess isn’t all bad – but if you’re looking for real relief and a change in your lifestyle and pain management, go somewhere else.

Dr. Chung and her team are outstanding. A very effective and caring group of health care providers. I recommend them to my friends and family all the time.

The best place in Chicago for acupuncture. They don’t pressure you. They are a whole body approach. I’ve never felt better in my life.

Probably the best place in Chicago for acupuncture and physical therapy. I was in a car accident a few years ago and needed physical therapy for a back injury. I had never tried physical therapy before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Chung and her staff got me back on my feet again, and seriously helped to reduce pain. On another occasion, one of my very close friends went for fertility acupuncture to help her have a baby. In the past she just could not get pregnant and Balancing Point was able to help her have a family. I would also suggest this place if you have allergies, because it helped me a lot. Parking is not a problem at Balancing point because their building is connected to Bridgeview bank. If you’re looking for alternative medicine with out the pills, I think they do a very good job at this wellness clinic. I know they also do prenatal massage for mothers as well.

Been going here off and on for years. I don’t have any serious back issues, but it tends to hurt and get spasms, especially when I change desks. So when it starts to hurt, it is time for Balancing Point. Dr. Chung is great! But really, all of the chiropractors here are fantastic. They will also prescribe massage therapy, which your insurance should cover. Anthony is great(but deep tissue, so be ready), but all of the massages I have gotten have been wonderful. If you need a chiro on the north side you can’t lose with Balancing point. They also have acupuncture and a number of other services.

One of the better centers for chiropractic care. They even have a fitness therapy area.
