I have Ommetaphobia. Or In other words… a fear of touching my eye.
It just freaks me out. My mother has offered various time to buy contacts and Lasik and I have refused. But I finally decided to try to get over my fear of touching my eye.
So after 7 months of trying to make an appointment I finally did it.
The eye doctor was very patient with me and very sweet as it took me forever and a day to try and get them on and dont even get me started on trying to get them off.
40 minutes later I finally did it!
She was super helpful, she explained the insurance and how much it covered
My contacts order came pretty quick

Dr. Park gave me a prescription that made my vision clear in one eye but blurry in the other. When I went back and told her, she re examined me, but wouldn’t budge on the prescription which was still blurry in one eye. I went to a different OD and he picked up on the problem and gave me the correct prescription. I also went in to get some more medication and when she saw me she told me I didn’t have an appt for another week. She didn’t even ask why I was there! she then made me wait when I told her I had to be at work. All she had to do was hand me a dropper! I won’t be giving her my money anymore.

I have been going to see Dr Park for 18 years, she gave me my first pair of contacts. I would not go anywhere else. I have tried other places, but shes the best. They always know who I am even if I dont go for a few years.

My husband and I got our eye exams done here and were walk-​ins both times. The woman who did them is very friendly. She also adjusted my eye glasses for me even though I didn’t buy them at her store. Thank you!
