This place is horrible. Especially in terminal 3. the staff is terrible and when I asked to speak to a manger she was very rude when I asked how long would my beverage take. I travel a lot for work and I always come to this location. Please hire new management. The staff see me come there often and its always the same.

I frequent Argo Tea at OHare, there are several locations throughout the airport. The employees are always friendly, the tea consistent and enjoyable. If you’re pressed for time and don’t want to spend time in the long Starbucks morning coffee lines Argo also has coffee, and much faster service. Not to knock Starbucks for the lines, but if you just want a cup of coffee they have that too, and you won’t be in line long.

Fastest tea service yet! ;) I just ordered an Earl Grey Crème, one of my go-tos at Argo. A bit pricey, but their staff is both pleasant and speedy. They’re quite attentive to specific orders, so feel free to specify any number of tea, milk, or flavoring additions. My tea was piping hot, so advise anyone with a cup sleeve to either double up or use a napkin to buffer. For a small area, they still do the full assortment of Argo teas, from the fruity to traditional black and green teas. If you’re not a tea fan, they also serve Illy espresso offerings and even hot chocolate. I love their free samples, today’s was a cherry vanilla variety with lemon. While I didn’t get a chance to sample(and also because I’m not that partial to cherry), the barista had to refill the container as I was there, even though it was only 9am! The atmosphere manages to be an island of calm amidst a sea of pedestrian chaos, especially with bar seating along the side and translucent tea displays along the back. Beautiful!

Just got turkey sandwich while waiting for flight… the bread was moldy… Tea was good though.

Argo does to tea what hipster cafes do to espresso. They are artisans who make tea into an art form. Even if you’re not a tea guy you’ll become one. I had the green ginger twist which is a mild green tea with subtle hits of ginger. Smooth and delicious. I also had the raw flaxseed bar which was fantastic. A nutty and filling bar with just a hint of sweetness. In addition to their tea, Argo has plenty of healthy food options, which is always appreciated. The staff is always courteous and wiling to answer questions and give recommendations. This is a pleasant surprise since airport cafes have notoriously rude staff.

I have never heard of this establishment before but I am searching for one in my area. I was very happy with my chai. They had lots of merchandise surrounding them which interested me very much. I think you’ve gained a new, regular customer.

Located inside the terminal this place is quick and fast and honestly if you are looking for something quick and you have no time, but you are pretty thirsty this is the one. Enjoyed my mojito tea. I have purchased Argo tea from many different places but when I came to Chicago I didn’t know they actually had a tea place, sort of like a Starbucks. Pretty clean and quick which are two of the best things in life when it comes to wanting something to quench your thirst. If I ever do come back to Chicago and I need a drink at the airport for sure this is the only place I would go to. They have a lot of variety and you won’t get bored quickly which is also a bonus.

Great customer service. Didn’t feel bad for asking so many questions. Ordered the black tea coconut for the first time and loved it! I also ordered a dozen macarons and they were so fresh and good! I’m pretty picky with my macarons and these didn’t disappoint! Great location, great products.

Got an earl grey vanilla tea. They didn’t have whole milk and suggested I use half and half. So I did. Then when my drink came out, the barista said she ran out of half and half and had to use 2%… Without informing me of the the change before she made it. Not the best service.

I tried the matcha vanilla tea iced, and it was good. Way better options than what Starbucks next door had. The roasted tomato panini warmed up was good too. It has basil, pesto, and some cheese. Probably one of the quicker, good bites at O’hare.

First time at Argo. I approached the registers, and the boy behind the counter had his mouth stuffed with food and asked me what i wanted. Gross. I ordered regular green tea. After few sips, i couldnt drink anymore. It was tooo thick and sour, nothing like a regular green tea. I paid $ 4.55(a lot for me) for a small cup, i took it back to have them add more water. The boy wasnt there anymore, instead a girl was sitting behind the registers, on her phone. Before i even finished asking them nicely, she was already in my face yelling that’s how they make their teas. I was surprised and stunned by her attitude. I left the tea at the counter and left. Never coming to any of their businesses. They should train their staff before hiring.

This was my 2nd Argo Tea I’ve visited during my short stay in Chicago and I was surprised to find that there’s actually one located in Terminal 3, Concourse L of the O’Hare airport! Argo Tea is a small tea franchise originally started in Chicago and it offers varieties of unique tea drinks(e.g. Carolina Honey, Hibiscus Tea Sangria, Ginger Peach Spice, etc). Most of its stores are scattered across Chicago, New York, Boston, and other East Coast /Midwestern cities. There are some free tea samples to try in front of the stand and the staff was pretty friendly. I also requested for a cup of iced water and the staff didn’t have any issues at all. *** Jasmine TeaMosa(Fizzy green tea, fragrant white Jasmine flowers, & fresh squeezed oranges, small $ 4.25): Honestly, it tasted like diluted orange juice. Not sure if I would order this again, but it was still better than other options(e.g. Starbucks) in the terminal.(3⁄5) *** Using the airport standards, I would still give 3.5-star for the overall experience and I highly recommend its popular earl grey vanilla crème for the 1st time visitor.

Okay, so this is supposed to be a popular spot in the airport, but I’d suggest you saving your cash and getting on with your day. The cost for a small cup of tea is more than $ 5 and the staff are really inattentive. I’ll be juat getting coffee at DD from now on.

I got the earl grey tea and it tasted amazing! Their food, on the other hand, is overpriced and not that great; tried the wasabi ham sandwich and spinach quiche, both under-flavored, would recommend going somewhere else in the airport for food.

Saw a couple of these in the ORD airport during my layover and after reading the good reviews, I decided to try a drink. I went with the popular earl grey vanilla crème drink, minus the vanilla and plus almond milk. It was delicious! It reminded me of an iced latte, but the earl grey flavor kicked it up a notch and the almond milk paired perfectly with it. I can see myself coming here if there was one in my area to try to wean off my coffee addiction. Tips: +Order light ice: my drink was veryyy diluted very quickly, so they do put a ton of ice which you really don’t need or you’ll lose the tea flavor. +lines get long very fast, this is a popular spot in the airport +but not to worry, there are two in the airport, at various terminals +large drink sizes: i paid $ 4 for my almost venti-sized iced earl grey

I know, I know, it’s airport food. Even with that in mind, this spot fell below my expectations. Steer clear of the hibiscus tea drink, it tastes like tomato juice more than anything else. I wasn’t about to stand in the 15-minute line again to get it fixed. Case of sandwiches looked tasty but tiny, I’d look elsewhere for layover nourishment.

Tried the new/feature white tea acai, pretty good taste but you don’t really taste the white tea. I think the acai is quite overpowered it. Friendly service but for more than $ 6 it’s still a steep price, even for airport. Large size is only 20oz.

Argo Tea was a pleasant discovery during my stopover. They have a wide selection of teas(hot or cold) and pastries. What caught my eye was their earl grey crème, which reminded me a lot of Coffee Bean and Tea’s leaf’s earl grey tea lattes but not as sweet. What a nice way to start my morning right off the plane. Service was friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable as well. I have Argo Tea on my radar when I finally get the chance to visit Chicago.

A respite in the madness of an airport. This tea had the power to comfort and soothe me, even after a missed flight, delays, and several standby flights. Icing on the cake — service is prompt and friendly. Halle-lu-jah for this place!!!
