Bad Customer service. I had shoes to return. The lady who sold me the shoes refused to return them saying that I did not have my receipt. I had my online order receipt as it was shipped, besides, I had ALDO no other stores carries them. She just refused saying its their policy yet it says unworn shoes are returned withing 10 days of purchase without receipt and I am within the 10 days. does she just hate brunettes? I don’t understand I read their policy to her she say oh no M’am I know my policy?!! what the heck… I hate this pair for her attitude and I am NOT buying ALDO ever again!

Aldo. Walked in here for a pair of sunglasses last weekend when it was 80 degrees. Bought 2 for $ 20. Aldo’s always good for deals like that on accessories.

Was in there a few minutes ago, the girl was nice, but claims they do not carry high heels any bigger than size 9, which is what I wear, but heels are too narrow and usually run small, so 9 will not fit. Ridiculous that I cannot buy heels in that store.

I like Aldo’s shoes and prices. But every pair I’ve ever bought has quickly fallen apart. I had one pair fall apart about 2 months after I bought them… I had to fight the girl to let me exchange them for something else. Then *those* fell apart. And another pair I had bought subsequently with the first pair fell apart about 4 months in. I took them back to a different store, they wouldn’t exchange them but instead gave me a refund receipt to use for another pair. I held off on buying another pair. Some time later I went in and tried to use the receipt, they told me I couldn’t and would have to call corporate headquarters. yada yada yada. Then I lost the damn receipt.

I like Aldo shoes… always have. I usually leave w/​a pair or two each time I visit.
However, the last few times I’ve been in… I get attitude. Not snubbed, but I don’t get greeted or tended to the way I should. Now, I don’t know if these half-​witted employees of Aldo think they are allowed to give off ‘tude b/​c they got placed in the gold coast location, but they seriously need to stop. Honestly, they are in MY neighborhood and they shouldn’t forget that once their $ 6/​hour shift is over, they will be going back to… whatever neighborhood they came from… along w/​their uneccessary attitudes. otherwise they are gonna get: «yea, i’m gonna need all of these shoes, on this wall, in 6’s AND 7’s. hurry now.»

This past week I’ve been in search of some cute flats… And I’ll tell you Aldo has them!!! But the only thing that was sad about this whole I need new flats situation is that every Aldo I go to doesn’t have my shoe size. I must have the most common shoe size on earth (size 7!!!) So after walking in and asking for about 4 different types of shoes in a size 7… the girl came back saying «Sorry we don’t have any in a size 7.» How sad… but they do have cute shoes… :-(
