I have used Charlies expert services 4 times in the past 5 years: extraordinary craftsmanship, exceed my expectations on all counts and very fair pricing. Even free pick-​up and delivery to Bryn Mawr and Pulaski area. They created a custom cushion for and antique Sheraton hall bench, a beautiful custom cushion for a regency chair and re-​covered two Chippendale style side chairs using the fabric I supplied as well as the gilt-​gimp trim I requested they apply to conceal the nailheads. Additionally, I brought in a vintage Chinese rosewood plant stand I asked to have cut down (from the middle portion of the legs) so as not to lose the rails at the base: not only was the shortening process invisible, he magically returned a glow to the sun-​faded rosewood (French polish, I am guessing?) I always supply my own fabric, so cannot vouch for his selections but they appear extensive.

Gorgeous! I had a button tufted queen bed, a bench and ottoman re-​upholstered here. Wow! Isis came to my house with different books of fabrics, so many to choose from.
They picked up my furniture on Monday and brought it back Sunday morning. They put the bed together panels and all. I could not believe the workman’s ship. The button tufting looks better than the previous tufting. They filled with more stuffing.
I am in awe. Will be using them again.

Terrible customer service, slow service, bad communication. Said 1 day service and it took a week. More expensive than 2 others i have worked with on the same item. But he did deliver for free to my house (few blocks from his store). Once i got the item back, it looks like he did good work. will not use him again, too frustrating to work with.
