This was my Panera of choice due to the location. Great service and conveniently located at Chicago Ridge Mall. Last week, it appeared to be closed for good. Perhaps their moving to another location within the mall? There wasn’t a sign indicating the reason for the shut down.

This is a newer Panera. Sometimes when I’ve been there during the day the line can get a little long. I went there today and it was empty so I got my food in just a few minutes. The girl who took my order was nice and engaging. One of the better places to eat at the mall.

They have really good food! They are pretty good with making sure they customize your food to your needs especially if you are really picky or have a picky child… Everything seems pretty fresh and good… Never had a problem with any of the foods there

Great soup, one of the best soups at a chain or mom and pop wonder restaurant. Nice polite staff. Who could ask for more.

This place was terrible. I love panera and here they offered terrible service. They are stingy when giving Tabasco sauce, plus the bread served with soup was so hard it seemed 3 days old. The employees making the food were so rude even though I wasn’t being disrespectful. Would have given it 1 star if it weren’t for the very nice cashiers.

the cheddar broccoli soup is amazing, as is the chicken ceasar sandwich. this location has a shortage of outlets so if you’re looking to get some work done be sure to have a full battery on your tablet/lap top. overall, decent location. could do a better job at keeping the place a little more tidy during peak hours.

I find that if I’m in the mood for a huge salad, Panera Bread is the spot. I always get the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad and a cookie from the bakery. I have yet to be disappointed. I am a fan of the corn chowder and their french baguette as well. Their menu is a departure from the usual hot dogs and pizza spots that I am surrounded by in my area(Ashburn). When I want refreshing, Panera Bread is the place to go. Oh, and try out their different fresh brewed teas. They won’t disappoint.

Food was really delicious here. This was only my second time at a Panera Bread and I had a bread bowl soup and my wife had some type of Asian salad. The salad was really delicious as well. Fast and friendly service. I really enjoyed the different types of iced teas as well.

This location of Panera Bread is horrible. After going their twice in the past couple months garbage was in all the booths, and it seems like nothing gets cleaned. Trash cans were filled to the brim, and dishes were piled up. The staff was nice, but thats the only plus. I thought Panera was a place where people are supposed to eat lunch take their laptop and just sit and get some work done. Definitely not at this location. So what does the extra cost here go to? Definitely not to cleaning. Oh it also took like 20 minutes in line both times… not coming to this location again

I love Panera and this one isn’t bad considering it’s in a mall. The food is consistent and delicious. I don’t live in the area but my step children do so I’ll probably be back eventually.

I walked into this place and no cashiers in sight to take my order. After waiting a couple minutes I finally ordered. I love their mac n cheese and my ma loves their broccoli soup. They also have great bagels especially the asiago ones. They got our order right and it was carryout.

The last time I came here, in mid-January 2009, yeah, the trash cans were nearly filled, but that’s not good enough reason for me to give it a bad review. My visit that day, was just fine. I received great customer service, I received great food items that I ordered, at the right temperature and the right taste, and I wasn’t overcharged for anything. I loved that sourdough bread bowl containing the soup of the day. That was so delicious. I even ripped pieces of the bread bowl and dipped them in the soup before eating them. Look what I ordered for a beverage: chai tea, ice cold, even though it was less than 30 degrees outside that day. This was my first time ever drinking chai tea and I instantaneously fell in love with it during my visit to this PB. I loved it so much, I went up to the counter and asked if free refills were given. The cashier told me that free refills are given only for fountain drinks a.k.a. the usual beverage drinks like 7Up and stuff. As soon as she told me that, waalah! I pulled out my plastic and said, «Another iced chai tea please.» It was worth paying for another cup. I just got addicted to it! LMAO. The next time I come here, which may be pretty soon, I’m ordering another cup of chai tea, and I don’t care if it’s hot or chilled. It’s chai tea, and I freakin’ love it baby!

I used to come here once every month or two to get the brocoli cheddar soup. I would get the group size with is big enough for a few people but still very overpriced. The last time got the soup it was burnt & tasted like it was about a week old. I though it all away & wasted about $ 15. I will never go back to this Panera location!

So if the person taking my order tells me «sorry we’re out of that» for the first thing I try ordering, no big deal. There are other things I’m sure to find. So I try again… «Oh that’s crazy. We’re outta that too. Sorry.» Are you KIDDING me? This isn’t some rinky dink little place. It’s Panera freaking Bread. You don’t even have my backup sandwich? I was never all that stoked about this place, because I think you get snubbed on portion size considering what you pay. Though the soup & sandwiches are pretty tasty for the most part… that is if they even HAVE it. I hope all Panera’s aren’t this lousy. Unfortunately this one gives me a bad image of the place in general.
