The little hamburger with everything was pretty big and loaded with toppings. Juicy burger. Love that they have complimentary peanuts for you to eat. Fries were delicious

Jamie H. Rang me up and he looked me straight in the face and ignored me when I said«both the way» and rang both up as «standard» it really wasn’t the same… Thanks Jamie.

I went here once with a whole group of guys and thought this would be such a great place to eat. It looked really nice, clean and friendly but wow! This food is expensive… for their price of a burger, I could go to PJ’s drive-in in Bridgeview and get 2 burgers, with fries and a drink. The food is not that good either… it’s really really greasy. The food even got me and some of the guys sick and embarrassingly diarrhea for the next few days. Avoid this place, there’s a Chick-Fil-A just 1,000 feet east of you.

A choice of cheese would be nice. The trash bins are dirty feeling — need upgrading and sanitizing. $ 12.29 for one person — burger — fries — drink.

Was at the mall and stopped in for lunch since I heard a few people rave about Five Guys. Looked over the menu and rolled my eyes at the prices but went through with it anyway. For $ 6.89(I thought) this cheeseburger is going to be one of the best I’ve ever had. It was not. There wasn’t anything really wrong with it, but it would have been more accurately priced at $ 3.50, tops. A lunch for myself(one person), buying what I wanted to eat(cheeseburger, fries, drink) ended up around $ 15. On a positive note, the fries were tasty, hearty and abundant. There is no VALUE here. There is nothing so over-the-top to warrant these price points. It’s not like this location is downtown, or nestled between a Whole Foods and a Williams-Sonoma. It’s between an Aldi and a Bed Bath Beyond. The shoppers at this mall need value, not $ 4 hot dogs. Other local joynts produce this quality of food at half the price. Bottom line: Disappointing return for my hard-earned dollars.

Fast service, friendly. Love the fries here and you get a lot! Free peanuts while waiting or just to take to the table.

Overpriced not that big of quality and food you don’t get what you pay for. Fits the bill to be attached to the side of an overpriced mall food.

The food is amazing and from what I experienced the staff is pretty friendly. Great experience and most of all amazing burgers. Their jalapenos are awesome

Their Cajun fries are the only reason I come here!!! Recently I did try their burgers and I have to say for a fast food joint they are on point! The atmosphere is fast food but they do take a while to get your order ready so be ready to wait. But its worth it so don’t complain! The only food item I wasn’t impressed with was the grilled cheeses… no flavor it was blah…

Window guys installing during lunch! It’s 12:45! Good job Five Guys management. Do your bosses know how much of a shitty job your doing! Window installation during lunch hour?! FU! You need to get fired and go back to managing that boys town bath house.

After not being able to find a place to eat that didn’t include a forty five minute wait, my boyfriend and I decided on Five Guys on a random Friday night. The highlight of the night was the pop machine. It’s the coke remix machine where you can make any flavor pop. Ok, that’s pretty cool. Everything else was not so much. First of all, is was $ 27 for the two of us to eat. We just got burgers, fries, and drinks– nothing extravagant! I laughed when I saw the cups that stated this was the best place for a $ 5 burger! Yeah right! The fries were gross, I don’t know why they had so many articles talking about these amazing fries. Day old fries from McDonald’s would of been better. Lastly, the place was just a mess. Tables were pushed all over the place. Chairs were everywhere and the tables really needed to be wiped down. Won’t be back!

Arrived at the location with a friend to pick up lunch and get our refund for over charging us 42 times. There was NOMANAGERONDUTY at 12:30. They had to call them in to get the refund figured out. HORRIBLEWORKERS that said I’m sorry were busy you’re going to have to wait??? What kind of customer service is that? They were very understaffed for noon on a weekday. only 5 people working with a line of 18 customers waiting WAYTOOLONG for meals. Also, placed my order at 11am and didnt get it until 12:30 and was told im sorry youre just going to have to wait. THISPLACEISHORRIBLE!!!

Fantastic burgers and fries made fresh. I love 5 Guys! The people who work here in Chicago Ridge are always friendly and helpful. They can be a little pricey, but there not McDonalds! They have real food. I wish they were open a little later.

Like the others have said, when eating here, bring lots of money. While shopping at the mall I finally decided to stop in and try it out. Opted for the burger, medium fries, and a soda. The bill was thirteen dollars, a lot for a burger meal. The burgers here have a ton of ingredients on them. The regular order of fries were very plentiful but also very salty. The burger was done very well and tasty. Two as additional treats. One of those Coke machines with all the flavors. As and free peanuts.

The burgers are great and order the cajin fries. $ 20 to feed the family is great deal.

Jesus, this place is expensive. Three small burgers(yes, there are large burgers) and 1 fry; 20 bucks. Yeah, the food was good, but the price just seems high for what it is. As my husband said, «You have to understand, you gotta pay FIVEGUYS for that burger.» Well said. Meanwhile, interior is clean, and workers are friendly. I also like that they stack their bags of potatoes out front,(although I’m not really sure why) as well as the peanuts, which are free to patrons. Take some home(even though they suggest you don’t) but given the prices, you should really fill purses, pockets and backpacks with the damned things. Good food, my friends, but don’t be surprised by the goofy prices.

It’s Five Guys… Pretty good hamburger ran through the garden. This location had good customer service plus a freesyule machine but I chose my old reliable raspberry iced tea. Nothing outrageous to see here.
