Aggressive Paintball

I wish I could give negative stars. I brought a couple paintball guns in and some high end equipment to sell. I came in a couple weeks later and everything was gone and the owner didnt know what happened to it. Other employees told me that he sold it right away but for some reason I couldn’t get my money. I called police and filed a report. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. If they robbed me they will rob you too.

SCAM ALERT!!! They bounced a check to me for a trade-​in for $ 150.00! They will be out of business soon if this continues. Good luck with returns/​trade-​ins. Buyer Beware

This place is a DUMP!!! Dont waste your time with this establishment. Nothing but used junk/​garbage that is goodwill quality. Creepy crew, plus super unproffessional staff. Get better deals on line for better prices! Wish i could pick no stars! This is totally a minus 5 star joint!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Just terrible service. The owner or manager or whatever he is, is a total jack ass. So incompetent and just useless. I ordered a tippmann A5 from him on a Sunday because I needed it 2 weeks from that day. Plenty of time right? He says he would have it in 3 days. A week passes and I don’t hear from him. I call him all week and nothing. All I get is «he will call you back later» many times. I go see him the day before I need the gun and ask about it. He stares at the ceiling for what seemed like a minute and finally says, «all shops in Chicago are sold out. I can upgrade you for free»
He then shows me these 2 ragged ass markers and says I can pick one. Obviously used and beat up. Says they will beat any tippmann marker. I say some nasty and smart remarks and tell him to refund my deposit. I took that deposit and went to arrowhead. It’s a tippmann/​military surplus store or something and get a brand new tippmann in 2 minutes.
This guy is terrible. Everything he sells is junk and tries to pass it off as quality stuff. He must have some sort of chemical imbalance or something. Either way, he shouldn’t be running a business. And the turds that work there are so rude and unprofessional.
Bottom line. This place sucks.
