CD One Price Cleaners

Is to have decent service. Lately it has declined significantly. The biggest problem is you tell them you need your clothes dry cleaned and they wash them. Huge disappointment since the jeans I took over now look like they are distresses style, and shrunk a little. This comes from. Washing and not dry cleaning. I get them dry cleaned because they are a dark denim. Won’t be back. Especially since they raised the prices to match all the cleaners. No real advantage to go here.

Went here because of how convenient the distance was from my job I use them pretty often but this is the second time I came and one of my article’s of clothing was damaged so I asked about it they said well it’s a stain we have to redo it and I won’t get it back to quick because of Christmas and I said that’s fine I’ll pick it up afterwards so I’m here today 12÷26÷15 and the stain is still there and I ask about it the associate tells me that she has to have a manager call me I said that’s fine so I asked when to expect his call she said within 15 days I’m not satisfied at all with how this was handled and I don’t think I will continue to give them my business.

CD One Price Cleaners is a independently owned and operated franchise. The CD One Price Cleaners in Chicago Heights is a great place for dry cleaning items. It is conveniently located on Route 30/​Lincoln Highway, near a grocery store, several fast food restaurants, gas station, and movie theater. The staff are polite. The location is clean. The service is fast. As a matter of fact, there is free, same day service. In by 10 a.m., and your clothes are ready by 5 p.m. If not in by 10 a.m., most items are ready by the next day. I previously tried a different location when the One Price Cleaners were popping up new all around the area. I was dissatisfied, but I decided to try location. At this point, I have been approximately 3 times. My items have come back clean and have not been damaged or shrunk. For the price, convenience, and service, I will continue to go to this location.

This CD Cleaners is my favorite one they do an excellent job everytime. I had a bad experience with the one in Country Club Hills and for years I wouldn’t use their services. I give this one a chance and they have not disappointed me.

Management listens and they even greet customers upon entry. Some customers are recognized by name and that makes us feel that you want to keep our business.
Moving Jessica ??? into an Assistant Manager position was noteworthy. Her customer service skills to go along with her smile, is a «good front door» to your establishment.
