I am a huge fan of Dazbog and frequent the shop in Fort Collins. I ordered a Café Au Lait at the Cheyenne location and when I got my order it was obvious that they hadn’t made an Au Lait. I told the barista it was very bitter and asked if she could place more milk in it. She acted very annoyed and dumped out a portion of the coffee and replaced about 1⁄3 of it with milk. I tasted it again and it still wasn’t good and she could tell from my facial expression that it wasn’t to my liking. She didn’t offer to remake the drink or even act like she was concerned that I had just paid $ 5.00 for a drink that I clearly didn’t like. Very disappointed in their customer service and I would not go to this location again. Leslie — I appreciate your response and timeliness in commenting on my review. The barista that helped me was at the drive through window –Female — she had long(er) brown hair and wore glasses — sometime between 12 – 1 yesterday. She looked younger, maybe early 20’s. I hope that helps.

Such a cool place! Unique and different drinks… I love Starbucks, but I have to give props to Dazbog-The White Russian chai latte is my absolute favorite. Such a relaxed and pleasant environment! I’ve taken my laptop here countless times to work on spreadsheets and business things. Nothing like sitting there and enjoying a delicious drink!

The atmosphere is very nice, and people working there are nice, but I have been disappointed often going here because more than not the coffee is extremely bitter and I have been unable to finish the drink. When I pay a steep $ 5.00 for a 20 oz iced mocha I do not want to have to toss it out. I hope the owners will read this and work on that. I used to own an espresso business in Washington State many years ago, and the secret to not having bitter coffee is to grind the beans as you need it. If the beans are ground and sit for over an hour, this produces a strong bitter taste. Dazbog does not use an automatic espresso machine and thus why their coffee is bitter at times, because the coffee is ground and sitting too long before it is used. As well, bad coffee can produce bitterness, such as Starbucks… they always have a bitter taste, but Dazbog uses good coffee, they just need to watch the grinding so the customers do not suffer with that bitter taste. Also, cleaning the machine often to get out the old espresso grinds is a must so that bitter taste does not mix in with the new ground coffee.

My husband used to go here for his morning coffee almost everyday. He recently noticed the day after the manager waited on him, that his debit card total had a tip added to it. My husband usually tips cash so this change in total was immediately noticed. Sure, it was only a dollar added to the total but we won’t be going back based on principle.

This is, hands down, our favorite Dazbogs. I don’t know if it’s because Cheyenne doesn’t have many options or what, but the service here is great. It’s friendly, no matter how busy they are, and the treats are delicious. Love this place… kind of out of the way(on the north side of the city) but worth the trek to escape the usual Starbucks stuff.

100% pleased with Dazbog! I’m all for a different take on coffee, but this stuff would be good no matter what country you’re in. The drink recipes are incredible and flavorful, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Next time gonna buy some of the tea, just can’t get enough.

Best coffeehouse in Cheyenne. Good espresso drinks, decent pastries. Off the beaten track in kind of a weird spot but not too far from the highway. It is a franchise, not a chain like Starbucks. Only bad thing about this place is that it closes way, way, way too early. I sometimes think about going there and realize it’ll shut down before I can get any work or reading done. Edited to add: They have just extended their hours to 7PM on most days. This is a big improvement.

Apparently Russians make good coffee. Definitely the best smelling coffee shop in Cheyenne. Try the mocha chiller

Yes, I am dumb for reviewing this, but I like this coffee shop more than the limited others in Cheyenne. Reasons: 1. it isn’t a starbucks. 2, they actually have OUTLETS to plug things in and spacious seating to study and their tables aren’t the size of a quarter. 3. The BEST thing is the place shares a building with another business so there is a heated hallway before you enter the store(ie a double door) so that means thankfully you don’t freeze every 5 minutes someone walks in or out. well, yeah they have good coffee, but it’s the above reasons that are more important.
