Lazy, unfriendly customer service. Size availability is poor. Only XXS&XS. I always leave BCBG w/atleast 4 dresses & am always happy once I leave. After waiting on an unenthusiastic, slow & unhelpful employee I left furious. Specifically made a trip to Montgomery village store & bought my items there.

I had the best experience here. Akita helped me pick out an outfit for a holiday trip and she and the other sweet sales associate pulled up an entire rack of clothing in my size to try on — before I even got to the store! They even kept the store open until I found my perfect outfit. I loved the personal shopping experience so much that I’ll be going more often from now on.

The store manager Akita was very helpful and nice! I bought a dress and I know their store policy is strict, but she was able to give me an exchange. I had the original receipt, with the original tags attached to the dress, unworn. I appreciated it so much because I understand their policy and she accommodated me. Thanks to Akita, I am a very happy woman!

I’ve been to my fair share of BCBGs over the last few years and I’ve noticed that one thing is usually consistant with all of the stores… The employees. Be prepared to be eyed up and down whenever you walk in, they only seem to care if they notice you’re sporting some BCBG this season clothing or lugging around a pre-order Chanel bag not yet sold in stores. I was wandering around the store looking for a specific pair of leggings and after crashing on the couch in frustration I decided to find someone to help me. Of course there they were dwelling over a girl with a ginormous LV handbag and every employee was chatting up a storm with her. I had to wait forever until someone asked what was wrong and I received a quick answer of ‘no.’ Last time I checked it does not take 3 employees to help one customer. They didn’t even ask if they could help me find a similar pair, back to her prissy conversation she went. Other times that I’ve been to this store I managed to have someone start a fitting room for me. When I needed another size I had to embarrassingly walk through the store in a dress 2 sizes too small barely zippered in the back to find a different one.

I’m here for their designs and not their customer service. I come here sort of as a last resort. Why? because I can get their clothes at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack(across the street) and many other discount retailers and won’t have to subject myself to their indifferent attitude. I could be forgiving if they knew their merchandise. But not even that. meh.

Where to begin? First off, the service here SUCKS. I got zero help from anyone in locating the dress I was looking for and finding a fitting room — had to do it all myself. Secondly, when I finally DID buy a dress they were out of garment bags. I had to have my $ 400 silk dress packed in a bag. REALLY?! Finally, they don’t take returns. Ever. Not if you bought it 5 minutes ago. Not if the event you were going to was canceled because someone died. NOEXCEPTIONS. What kind of company charges $ 400(or more) for a dress, and won’t take ANY returns? A company that I won’t shop at, that’s who. They do have lovely dresses, but due to their poor service and s****y return policy, I won’t be back. NOEXCEPTIONS.

I went in this morning to find a dress for a wedding. The sales associates were really nice and helpful — she helped me find a great style but sadly they didn’t have my size. Compared to the Georgetown location this one is much smaller, but this location isn’t stuck up-feeling.
