David was just what we needed in an attorney for buying our first house: sharp, timely, always on his game, and a tireless advocate for our interests. From offer to closing, he was with us every step of the way and helped us with some of the speed bumps in getting our new house. Reasonable on fees as well — his help was well worth every penny.

David helped us on the purchase of our new place and the sale of our old place. We were on the fence about FSBO, and he gave us some pointers about how that could work and how he could help us do it. Although we ultimately went with a broker, I appreciated his flexibility. It was also great that he cut us a deal for 1) using him to buy and sell, and 2) using him as the mortgage lawyer. Yay for saving money! He was efficient, organized, responsive via phone and email, and had everything all set to go for both closings. Highly recommended!!!
