I’m here because Lion’s Choice is closed on Easter, apparently not caring that many of their customers aren’t Christian. Thanks for the respect, Wendy’s! Food here is OK… not as bad as McDonald’s but not as good as Steak n Shake.

Best Wendy’s I have ever been in… brand spanking new and one of the employees even hand delivered food to the table I was waiting at… grade A service and best quality fast food burger I can remember!

This has to be one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The employees (really just one) is extremely and unnecessarily rude and I believe she spit in my lemonade. There is an unnecessary amount of foamy bubbles that are not going away. I love Wendy’s strawberry lemonade and this is my second bad encounter. I won’t be back and will get my lemonade fix elsewhere from now on.

I normally don’t bother to write anything about a fast food joint, but felt I had to in this case. Unacceptable to have a 4 car drive thru take 30 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food. This place is horribly mismanaged. The staff was disinterested and fairly rude as well. This place needs help

Went through the drive through tonight. Didn’t get a straw for my drink, didn’t get any napkins, didn’t get the sauce for my nuggets or ketchup for my fries despite specifically asking for both condiments. The single we got also was missing the ketchup. So disappointed.

It took forever to get food. To wait for over 10 minutes at a fast food place is unacceptable. Hire more people or train staff to be more efficient. Always like the food but service is a huge thing

Kind of a nice place, even as a fast food joint. This is a new facility — completed a month or two ago.
The franchisee spent some money trimming the interior nicely, and included some electronic menu boards and a big screen TV to go along with a gas fireplace.
The food is the food. Wendy’s is probably somewhere between McDonalds and Culvers … literally [in this case], and figuratively.
The service, on our first evening visit, was good. Very pleasant young lady attended to us at the counter. Tables and facility seemed to be clean, too.
