I switched from verizon to t-mobile and Raymond was patient with all of my questions(and my difficulty in remembering my pin #…). It was all pretty painless! Thank you!

Long story short… Promised things that were not delivered. Grandmother is in the hospital and I am unable to get coverage to keep up with what is going on even though the website and store clerks promised good coverage in the area I live in. Have to rely on fiancé’s phone that has Verizon to figure out what is going on with hour by hour updates. When I went with them they had the«best» coverage for a single person plan(fiancé got his phone through work so couldn’t sign up with him) Little did I know that the coverage they touted about was a LIE… really considering paying the $ 400+ I still have left on the phone I purchased to get away from them and back with AT&T where at least I had coverage… paying a ridiculous sum per month but at least I would be able to know of family emergencies. Bad coverage, HORRIBLE customer service and I REALLY hope they die out soon so they don’t entrap anyone else. *side note* I don’t know what kind of customer service is at this particular store, but Unilocal does not have an area for the store off of Telegraph(that I saw)…which had decent customer service until I had an individual arguing that my phone service“can’t be perfect all the time” and that he had perfect service with his company(tmobile) in an area that I spotty coverage in(Central West End). I changed my sim card and actual phone like was suggested and still have cruddy coverage.

The staff in any TMobile can be helpful and friendly. But buyer beware when you purchase a contract. You’re in for disappointment with call coverage. I was a t mobile customer for yrs. But I started noticing more n more dropped calls and dead zones. I thought is was my phone so I upgraded to a high end smartphone. Same thing. Complaints fall on deaf ears when you’re locked in a 2 yr contract. Please don’t waste your money here.

I worked with Curt, mostly, but also Dennis and Luke. Excellent experience! Highly recommend the team there. I went in, to ask about the Google Nexus 4 phone. Curt spent 45 min to an hour, patiently answering my many questions, showing off the phone, and evening offering compare-and-contrast with some other phones … including the iPhone. He took the same, patient, and friendly approach explaining the various phone plans. It felt like he was objective and fair in his description. In the follow up, we ended up going with the Nexus phones. He offered to put us on a list, since they had not yet received their inventory, and held on to the two reserved fo us until we could get back into the store to pick ‘em up. They were busy when I picked up the phones, and moved my service to T-Mobile. Despite being busy, each of the staff worked together to tag-team with the various customers where it made sense, and to stick with the others where it made sense. Cohesive group. All professional. All friendly. All patiently answered lots of questions. I never felt like they were pushy or trying to oversell anything.
