Tried to use the iPhone app to make a reservation but it would work at this location, while it did at others. They blamed «corporate» but since it only happens with this location I suspect they just don’t use the system properly.

I went here for a quick trim yesterday. There was no wait, and I was outta there in 30 minutes! The stylist was nice enough, but pretty short winded and straight to the point about my hair and the cut (maybe it’s nicer not to have to make small talk while in the chair?).
This place is pretty much what you’d expect: clean, bright, etc. One complaint is that I was given a used clothing cover and it had someone else’s hair still on it from their trim! I guess those don’t always get washed with each person’s use…
I would consider returning here, but would just as well visit a Great Clips, Fantastic Sams, or anywhere else.

These ladies generally do a good job keeping me from looking like crap as long I remember to go see them every 3 weeks or so. This is not high fashion but I’m not really a high fashion person. Honestly, after having the wife cut my hair for 20+ years I have a hard time vocalizing exactly what I want. I do like the fact that they will store the information about how one likes their hair cut because it saves me a lot of time trying to explain something as foreign to me as 1st century Chinese construction techniques.
I highly recommend calling ahead to get on the waiting list or it is inevitable that you will get stuck and wind-​up pissed off. I think they make appointments but haven’t tried that approach because I never manage to get there as quickly as I project when doing the call-​ahead thing.
