St Louis Urological Surgeons

I have to say before I add a comment that Dr. Alt is wonderful. She’s extremely knowledgeable, has a great attitude, and follows up. Office staff, not so much.
First, they never call my cell number, they call my wife’s. They left a message and I didn’t get back to them for a week. When I finally called, I had her nurse gripe at me for missing an appointment. I never talked to her on the phone. They never call my cell phone number! I was told that I would be charged $ 75 for any future missed appointments. I would understand if I had ever spoken to anyone since my last appointment! I’m ready to find another urologist. If I’d known I was calling just to get griped at for a conversation and appointment that had never been made, I would have skipped the whole practice and found a new one!!!
