I believe that this is the store that I just started browsing online. I went there once in high school with a group of friends but didn’t purchase anything. Now that I’m an adult with a full time job(lol) I find myself drooling over all the cute clothes. They re-entered my life after seeing mutual friends follow Pulse store online. You can order straight from the site(FREESHIPPING) or pick up in store. So far I’ve only ordered once but I thought the quality and customer service was great! Really looking forward to venturing in the store again but for now having that online option is perfect! Also the prices seem fair for the quality of clothing! They even have flash sales twice a week!

This store truly offers something for every shopper, from those who are looking to test the waters of a new trend to fashionistas with an eye toward a large scale wardrobe refresh. Labels include Bailey; DL1961 denim; Splendid; and, my personal favorite, Vintage Highway, for their soft as butter burnout tees and thermals. The service is friendly and the store is well merchandised. I especially appreciated the touches of whimsy – paper conversation hearts scattered on displays for Valentine’s Day – and the casual yet artful clothing combinations. All of the items here are on-trend, without screaming fashion victim, always a plus when boutique shopping.

Rude stuck up staff who just stare at you when you enter and do not offer any help at all. That kind of customer service just ruins the whole experience. I have told co-works and family not to ever step foot in there. Management really needs to re-train the staff on to actually communicate with customers. ****Edit: Todd, not sure if you can read or not, but I do give good reviews on my page. And I only give good reviews if I receive good customer service. I understand you may be the manager or whatever, but how are you going to say«not possible!»? Were you there? No, you weren’t. Two snotty girls were at the counter and just stared at me like they never seen a human before. Did not utter a word. It was so uncomfortable I left. So, instead of throwing a hissy fit, why don’t you work on re-training your staff with better customer service? Thanks.
