Now this is my closest Pizza Hut location so this is my delivery place and i’ve ordered from here many times. Today has been the worst experience I’ve had yet with Pizza Hut! I ordered at exactly 5:01 pm on the dot from the website for delivery of 1 super supreme pizza. It was scheduled to be delivered at 5:36 pm. 5:36 rolls around and no pizza. I get my pizza about 11 minutes later. No biggie. Delivery guy was nice. I open my pizza and it’s a supreme pizza NOT super supreme. Now this may seem insignificant to some, but there are a few important toppings that a super supreme has that a supreme does not so I am pissed! I call the store and was on hold for TEN MINUTES! then the line went silent. I’m saying «hello hello» and no response. I then get disconnected without talking to ANYONE! I’M PISSED!
I will be leaving a survey about how bad my experience was.

My son sponsored a church youth group Super Bowl party at our house.
He ordered online well ahead of time. Asked for the delivery to be at 5 p.m.
Right at 5 p.m. eight perfect pizzas were delivered piping hot for a hungry group of teen-​agers.
This was so painless, delivery was spot-​on and the kids loved the pizza. I had a little, myself, and it was fine and dandy.

Unilocal insists I write a review for Pizza Hut. I don’t really like writing reviews where everything was good because it’s boring and it’s more fun to complain, so I’ll do both here.
I ordered online, drove to pick it up, and all was well. There is a note that the cashier has to show you your pizza or it’s free. This is probably to ensure that no one walks out with a screwed up order, but it’s kind of awkward because it’s hard to respond appropriately when someone opens the box and says, «Let me show you your pizza.» I just answered, «…Yeah, looks good.» It was weird, trust me. This Pizza Hut is just fine, though.
Don’t bother ordering their cheese sticks. They’re kind of gross and don’t really have that much cheese on them. Domino’s owns the cheese bread market.
