Loft has great styles, but terrible quality and customer service. Clothing does not last. Paid $ 90 for a nice, wool blazer and after 2 wears, a large hole formed on the elbow. Sales person admitted it was defective, but couldn’t take it back 10 days after purchasing «because it had been worn.»
