H&M

If size matters to you, this store is bigger then the store at The Galleria. The selection is still the same cheap clothes that allows you to build a huger wardrobe of fewer dollars.
To be honest, if it were not for one of my friends wanting to go in, I never would have never browsed through this store. Funny thing, I found two scarves I liked and he found nothing.
The customer assistance is nonexistent. Not one person greeted us or offered assistance. When I went to check out, I was second in line and the cashier was very slow. The line quickly was 12 customers deep. Finally a supervisor walked behind the counter and spoke over her walkie talkie, «Name, I think I need your help as a cashier.» Everyone in line laughed at her comment, «I think». 12 deep at a register and she only thinks she needs help. I was the first to be rung out by the additional cashier. She was rude and agitated that she had to come up and deal with the public.
I got two cool scarves at a cheap price, but their poor customer service will keep me from going back.

The product quality was OK.
We scoured the store for acceptable clothing. There are a lot of restrictions, so we had to bypass many, many racks because of color, sleeve length, pattern and sheerness.
She found some tops that would work. And we got them. This worked well for her. She’s a 2, a 4 or a 6, depending upon the cut of the top and the fabric.
We didn’t get any assistance. Maybe because I was there. I don’t know.
But I’m sure I was the oldest person in the store.
But we just wandered through the store and found the acceptable clothing on our own.

The staff at H&M in Chesterfield were really friendly and helpful. I had some questions, to which they asked around internally and found the answers for me.
The sale racks here are incredible. From dress suits to jeggings to winter coats or summer bikinis — there are always many fashionable steals to browse.
I absolutely love H&M. No matter which individual shop I’ve been in around the country, the chain has yet to disappointment my craving for inexpensive classic or trendy finds. Oh yeah, I’ve been here in Stockholm and Dublin, too!

Really? No one has reviewed H&M at the Chesterfield Mall? Unbelievable!
This is hands-​down the best H&M location in the St. Louis area. Plenty of size 4 and 6 clothing? Check! Striped shirts in more than two color combo choices? Check! Breathing room between racks? Check! Large sale section at all times? Check! Friendly clerks who act like they WANT to help you? Check! This way to heaven, ye ladies of thintensity!
Beyond that, this huge store has a bigger selection of men’s clothing than the Galleria or West County locations do. In addition, this store has more of thelarger sizes in women’s clothes and (I think) H&M’s only kid section in town.
I live downtown. Do you think I LIKE getting into my car and hauling my ass out to ChesterVegasSprawlField? Hell no. But when my wardrobe needs an update and I don’t feel like frowning at the rack spaces for the missing size 6 clothes at Galleria, I head out here. I never leave empty-​handed, either.
