Underwhelming! Dry burger, cold dry bun. Onion rings were tasteless and greasy– The only thing I enjoyed here was the interior 1950’s ambience and the shake was good. Other than that, you can get a better burger almost anywhere else.

It’s not 5 Guys that’s for sure. Too many menu(burger wise) choices. A burger joint menu should be real simple. Onions rings were a little too raw won’t be back. Don’t understand why one of my coworker rated this place so high… Oh yeah that’s right, my coworker has never been to In –N– Out or 5 Guys smh

We were very unhappy with our visit today. A number of things went wrong but the biggest two issues are: 1) the extremely rude staff and 2) we ate there and we were all sick within an hour after eating. We will NEVER go back.

In the weeds. Don’t come here if your kids are hungry. Unbelievable wait time for anything.

Had I known they made fat fresh turkey burgers I would have started going here a long time ago! Quality ingredients make a quality experience. Delivery available via Grubhub/Seamless.

This is a great little place on the outside of Chesterfield Mall. My wife and I have been to Cheeburger Cheeburger before in Hendersonville, TN before they closed down. The staff here is excellent and very helpful, especially when asked about their local cheese option for burgers and pizzas — Provel cheese. I think(???) it’s only available here. You have to try it. As usual, great number of options available for burger toppings and shake combinations. If I am ever back in Chesterfield area of MO, we will return.

Why have we never been here before!!! Great burger selection. Choose the size of burger, type of burger, type of bun(even a gluten-free bun for a couple extra bucks), and toppings, toppings, toppings! My only complaint about the burgers: our medium-well burgers were definitely well done. Not a biggie to me, but definitely something to consider when ordering. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizers, and they were really good. They are sliced super thin, but the flavor is great. I ordered the creamy jalapeño dipping sauce to go with them, but we didn’t need it. Shakes? Holy cow! Lots of options! My daughter had a chocolate Oreo cookie dough, hubby had mocha brownie batter chocolate chip, and I had a chocolate banana peanut butter. They were all great! Our server(Nathan) was excellent! He asked if we had been there before, and upon learning we were first-timers, he was really good about going over the menu with us. We’ll definitely be back.

Still don’t understand how people like anything they have. I have been here many times due to other people and each time, I think I might like it but do not. Burgers aren’t really juicy even at medium well. Bun is dry and cold even when it looks toasted? The onion rings are okay but I felt like I was eating hot funions. Fries are extremely bland, lack any texture(not too limp but not crunchy) and it always taste like they never replace the oil in the kitchen… Milkshakes are also mediocre and overpriced. They do offer a lot of free toppings but honestly you can’t get them all and have your burger taste good… and each time you come, the burger won’t be that good no matter the variety of toppings because the foundation isn’t there! Toppings aren’t fresh and are probably all from a can. Service is fine every time but nothing stellar. Usually just the quality of high school teenagers. Environment is always a little dirty feeling even though staff tries to keep it clean(probably due to kids and family coming in constantly). Food is way expensive for the quality. I would rather spend my money at McDonalds if you can believe that! Always end up spending average $ 25 for 2 people. Go to steaknshake or smashburger or McDonald instead lol

If you want an old school 50’s diner type restaurant this is the place to go. The waitstaff was courteous, very helpful and prompt to serve us as well. I was very impressed with their concern about the gluten free issue we have to abide by. All around a great experience!

The wait staff was very polite, and got everything right. But the food, not so good. Even with 5 toppings, it was one of the most bland burgers I’ve ever had. Marinara had no flavor, garlic was put on cold. only topping that wasn’t bland was the green olive garnish. Fried mac and cheese was much smaller than expected.

If you are looking for good burger you should check this place out. It will definitely cost you more than McDonald’s but the food was delicious. $ 30** for my daughter and I.

Lots of options, but nothing to write home about. My wife and I went there with our young child. Positives: –Was very kid friendly with lots of choices, crayons, etc… also my son was floored when lunch was served in a classic car cardboard carrier. –½ basket of fries and onion rings was great. –Lots of topping options(however pretty pricy per addition) –Lots of shake/malt options(we didn’t sample) –Service was great. Quick, helpful, courteous. Negatives: –We each ordered a burger which was undercooked by medium standards, I didn’t mind as I’m okay with med-rare, but immediately the question was asked by my wife do you think this is okay to eat? –The bun’s were awful!!! Stale, broke apart, both of us pitched them to the side. –Burger was just alright, but didn’t really have any flavor to it… very plain We may go back for a malt/shake as we have heard great things, but as far as food vs. value, I would pass on this one.

Nothing special about there cheeseburgers. Rather disappointed how mediocre it was. The fries and onion rings were alright. The worst part was the service. To top it all off, the waiter wanted to start an argument on how to pronounce the cheese gouda. Who cares! Won’t be going back.

Any place that serves customized burgers and shakes is a win in my book. You can put anything and everything you want on your burger. The portions are HUGE, and their sauces are delicious. They even have an option for a half fries/half onion rings basket. I especially like their veggie burger, which is unlike any other veggie burger I’ve ever eaten. Try it with gouda cheese, buffalo hot sauce and minced garlic(weird combo, I know, but just do it). I split a chocolate, peanut butter and banana shake with a friend, and oh my god it was just divine. Oh, and our server was outstanding. Definitely give this place a try!

Cheap, huge portions, customizable burgers, awesome shakes, ton of fires. what can go wrong with this place? Honestly, the make it yourself burger is one of those, keep it simple moments, where you don’t want to try to put too much on it or it just goes crazy. Pretty much everything here is a standard burger joint, nothing too above average, except the shakes and the onion rings. Cheap burger, onion rings, and shake, pretty good standard meal here. big portions, cheap prices!

But the milkshakes… oh, the milkshakes. Heaven in a glass! Hand dipped, generous with the add-ins and malt, just the right thickness. I could go on, but I’m just torturing myself here. They have many flavors and will pretty much make any combination of available flavors and add-ins. I will return many times when I am in the mood for a well-made shake! My initial impression was something along the lines of «if you don’t like your burger, you only have yourself to blame» because everything is customized. However, the meat was not seasoned at all and my burger was cooked at medium when I ordered medium well. That said, Tween loved her burger so much that she ate most of the abandoned half of mine. She tends to like meat on the rarer side, so this kind of makes sense. The fries were natural cut but the seasoning was a little too peppery for our taste. This is a big food place — a small order of fries was WAY more than the two of us could finish. Our server was young, and I’m guessing inexperienced. She didn’t ask us if we liked our food and was very slow to collect our payment and release us from the place after dinner.

I love a good cheeseburger… and going to Cheeburger Cheeburger I was very excited about what I was about to experience. I ended up loving the onion rings more than the burger. As is explained in all other reviews, they have tons of toppings which means millions of combinations.la.la.la. great concept. Not only is this the case for their burgers, their drink options are also endless. I guess this was just a little too overwhelming for me and quite frankly, even with my favorite toppings the burger was just ok… and by burger I mean the actual meat patty. It lacked flavor — each bite I was reminded how great the burger would be IF there was some seasoning through out the patty(i.e., salt). Like I said, I dig the concept but sometimes, less is more — and if you start with a great hamburger patty — you don’t need 25 toppings to make it good — it’ll be good, even if the only topping is mustard. For me, the stars of the show were the onion rings — my returning to this place will be for the onion rings. tossed in a tempura batter and fried til they are so crispy that you can’t tell there was an onion in there — it melts… OOOOWEEE! My mouth is watering just thinking about them! We ordered the ½ fries, ½ onion rings — next time this big girl will get an order of rings all to herself. Also, regarding the staff. Our server was very nice and outgoing… but a little distracted. Kind of forgot us for a while once we got our food — even though there were only about 3 seated tables… and what really got me was that I had a looooooong conversation regarding their iced teas and asked several times if the flavor I ordered was unsweetened…“Yes” I was assured… You guessed it, she brought me a sweetened tea. I didn’t even say anything. I think our server was focused on getting out of dodge since it was near closing… but I mean. really? All of this only to say — I will return.

Seriously great burgers and shakes! I could write a whole lot more but that’s the bottom line and it is right up front so that reading this review doesn’t get between you and one of the 3,128,637,894 possible combinations of yummies they have available. One note: they are not accessible from the mall(outside entrance only) and that is a pain in the ass for a place that is physically located in the mall.

I love a good burger, so I had to try Cheeburger Cheeburger which boasts a crazy 8,721,000 burger combinations. Now that number is pure marketing, however the burgers which come in sizes ranging from ¼(5.5oz) to a monster sized patty clocking in at 20oz. The burgers were good, but I have had my fair share of burgers and many were better, some were worse. Once you pick your patty(Beef, Turkey, Veggie, or Salmon yes Salmon) you pick one of nine types of cheese. You can also choose from over 26 free toppings, and 6 additional premium toppings for a small fee. I have to admit here that the burgers actually are not the highlight here, instead the fries and fry sauce is what makes dining here so great. Do yourself a favor and skip the loaded fries and just get an order of original fries and get at least 3 of the dipping sauces. My suggestion would be Creamy Jalapeño, Creamy Cheese, and Marshmallow(this is amazing on sweet potato fries). I have never tried the milkshakes here so I cannot comment on them however they do sound great, I might have to return to try a white chocolate almond milkshake. Prices are a average, service has been good, the atmosphere is very nostaligic with a throwback to the 50’s and 60’s. Yes, you can find better burgers however most are limited by the restaurant, here the only limits are your imagination. The one problem I have is with the location, they are located on the back side of the mall with no direct access from inside the mall my suggestion would be to drive around but be careful you might miss it if you are not careful.
