I took my son here for a birthday party, so I can’t really complain about the value, seeing as how I didn’t pay, but my almost 2.5 year old had a GREAT time, as did all the other kids at the party, ranging from 1 to probably around 7 or 8 years old. They have a pretty cool system of moving the group from room to room to allow for multiple parties but keep the play areas private as well as refreshing the scenery for the older kids. The staff took pictures and posted them on the party room tv to see during drinks, pizza, and cupcakes which I thought was pretty cool. The equipment was in good condition and pretty clean(well, as clean as those bounce house types of equipment could be). I’d definitely consider taking my son here to blow off some energy during the cold winter months.

Yesterday, April 24th2014, I called Bounce U in Chesterfield and left a message wanting to reserve a spot for my son for Friday April 25th at 10:00 am for the preschoolers playdate. The website did not allow me to reserve a spot for my son online. The option for the preschool play date was not available in the online form. I decided to go anyway because on their website it showed they would have a 10:00 am playdate available in their calendar. I had a Groupon that was going to expire in the end of April, so I went with my son. Once we got there I explained to the manager that nobody had called me regarding my voice message and I wasn’t able to get an appt. online. She let me in and pointed to one of their rooms. When I went in, I noticed that all the kids had been there for while. I asked one of the teenagers that watch over the kids if they had started early that day, and she said yes… they had started at 9:30! This meant that my son had missed 30 min of the one hour play date. What amazes me the most is the fact that the manager at the front desk didn’t say a word about the early start, she just punched my card and pointed to the door for me to go in. When I bought the Groupon I paid for an hour and not 30min. If a business wants to have more customers through Groupon, they should be a lot more organized. I left the place 30 min. later after arriving there because the allotted time was over. The impression that I got is that the place is poorly managed and doesn’t know how to handle the big crowd that Groupon brings. I will request that Groupon reimburse one of the visits since I was only able to use 30 minutes of the 1 hour session. I am very disappointed and I most likely will not return to this place.

A good spot for kids birthdays(mainly age 3−7ish). Their biggest strength are the employees. The young ladies there always seem to go above and beyond and do a great job at taking care of all the details.
