In terms of routine, yearly checkups I would find this practice sufficient. Likely because the lab does most the work, but this place is reminiscent of an assembly line that is terribly off schedule.
I heard so many great things about the Doctors and Midwives here, and perhaps, in the past they were fantastic. Maybe they got to big for their own good? I don’t know, whatever the case may be — I began my prenatal care here and at a minimum would wait an hour prior to being seen, I would see a random Doctor or Midwife even though I requested & scheduled to see one in particular, and it was so rushed I never felt satisfied or full of new knowledge.
At one point three, yes, three of my appointments I showed up for the crass receptionist told I wasn’t scheduled, even though she set the appointments and I would immediately enter them into my calendar because I would have to request time off from work to attend. I have to admit though, the medical assistants and nurses we’re genuinely excited for me and my spouse — and always remembered us, they had excellent bedside manner when we had a «scare», something the Doctor here lacked.
I left the practice at about 18 weeks pregnant, nearly half way through my pregnancy which is a steep move. If that doesn’t say something I’m not sure what else would.
TLDR; decent practice for yearly GYN care and appointments, I strongly recommended looking elsewhere for OB.
