We stayed here as a family of five for two nights. If we were staying longer I would have seriously considered changing hotels. First when you walk in the smell of chlorine from the pool off the lobby assaults you. The lobby area looks fine. The continental breakfast was as all continental breakfasts go. The waffle maker made some good waffles. I didn’t expect more from breakfast. The room itself was clean. Nothing fancy. The kitchenette was efficient. The pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable both as a sofa and a bed. There was a tv in the«sitting area», and about ten feet away there was the other tv to watch from bed. There was no way you could watch two different shows without hearing the other TV. Seemed silly. The most inconvenient was the fact that aside from a closet and two drawers there was nowhere to put your clothes. Minimal drawer space. No hooks either except two on the back of the bathroom door! They kindly ask that you reuse towels, which I am fine with, but there is nowhere to hang them to dry. This is a suite that is advertised as being able to sleep five. Don’t plan to stay more than 1 – 2 nights. You will be living out of your suitcase with nowhere to properly place your suitcase! I will not stay in this particular Marriott hotel on my next visit.

I have an extended stay here and I have found the hotel in general to be clean and well maintained. My room is always cleaned well and smells very fresh. The staff here is wonderful and they always greet you with a smile. I came in one day after a day of long meetings and the cheerful disposition of the lady at the front desk, Rose I think, perked me up and made my day. I didn’t get the gift box that the other review mentioned, so I kind of feel cheated. My room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. This has come in handy with my hectic schedule. The Con: it was really had to find and even when I found it I could not find the entrance. They need better signage. Even my GPS was confused.

The front desk lady was very courteous and efficient. She even gave me a welcome box which had a small bottle of water, a small bag of pop corn, a granola bar. Free in-room wireless Internet works well and fast enough. My room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. There were a microwave and a fridge with a freezer in the room too.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel recently and had an ok(but definitely not great) experience. I will say that after dealing with the front desk staff AND the manager before even arriving to the hotel, I was completely turned off. The manager had the worst attitude I have ever encountered and doesn’t care about customer service ATALL. He is completely rude, nasty, and incompetent. We arrived shortly after midnight(I had pre-purchased the room on Priceline using the«name your own price» feature). I will say that I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the room. It was clean and HUGE, with a full-size desk and office chair, a large bathroom(very clean, nice toiletries), a mini-fridge, microwave, and small kitchen area, complete with a sink. Somehow we ended up with a king bed(I was told earlier in the day that if I wanted a king bed, I would have to pay the rack rate, rather than the fee I had paid to Priceline), and there was also a loveseat with a pull-out bed that was next to the tv. Unfortunately, the bed looked far more comfy than it actually was. The pillows were soft, but the bed was rock hard. My boyfriend and I both have back problems, so this was not a great bed for us. He was past the point of exhaustion and was able to drift off to sleep, but I was up all night tossing and turning. I think I got about 30 minutes of sleep the entire time, which was awful since we had to get up and drive the next day. The hotel has a really nice continental breakfast in the lobby, which included eggs, sausage, english muffins, donuts, pastries, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cookies, and waffle batter(to make your own waffles in the machine they provide). They also provide 2 or 3 types of juice, plus coffee and tea. This is an ok hotel — very clean, nice rooms — but the beds are way too hard and uncomfortable and the staff, especially the manager, is horrible and ruins it. I would stay here in a pinch, but honestly, there’s a brand-new hotel right up the street that is cheaper and my dealings with their staff have been great. I’ll be staying at that hotel next time.
