I was very impressed with the salon. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved my stylist Julie! She was very nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time she was working on my hair. I was beyond satisfied with the results! My hair looked amazing! She was able to achieve exactly what I wanted. I would recommend anyone wanting great color to see Julie!

Fair price but only if you want to come out with something that looks nothing like what you wanted. When I messaged my stylist (I had her on my fb and that’s how I found it about the salon) I got told it looked exactly like the picture I showed her (a blonde picture and I’m a natural brunette –my hair is darker now than when I came in– and she put no bleach in my hair at all) and that she couldn’t fix it for free but she COULD offer me 7 highlights for $ 30. (Are you serious?)It doesn’t look awful, but It is not what I was after — it’s something entirely different than what I asked her for. Frankly, her attitude about it was unprofessional. This is not how you treat a first time customer, or any customer for that matter. At all. Very upset and disappointed. I wanted to like this place.

I came into Reign this morning to make an appointment, luckily I had gotten there early enough to be able to get seen today. My stylist was Erin, and she did the most amazing job on my hair! It took hours but she was super sweet and paid close attention to detail! I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!

Great place to get all of your salon needs in just one place! The staff is fantastic and you really feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. If you haven’t tried them out yet, you must!

The salon has a awesome new look and great energy! Tonya does my nails! She is always up to put something fun on my nails! Amber does my hair and I have never been so happy with the color and cut! If you’re looking for a great new place all the stylist are experienced and know the latest trends!
