We go here all the time! Bar staff and wait staff are amazing and very friendly. Their buffalo chicken wrap is always tasty.

Every time I come here I am treated great. Nobody ever gives me a problem, no attitude, I don’t wait long for food, or anything. I always have a good time when I come here. Great place, and great staff.

I have lived, worked in, and frequented many bars and Restaurants in hampton roads but have specifically been a parton of this estabishment for a couple of months. i have finnally decied to give my opinion. And honestly im not impressed. This is not hate post but simply my observations so here we go.
the athomsphere leaves something to be desired. With its basic «dive bar» interior/​exterior it was really hard for me to distiguish whats special about this place. Whats going to keep me here? Also! its great that there is an outside area to sit and smoke if you choose to do so… however when I (a non smoking patron) sees that i have to walk through a large group of people (most of the time staff/​drunk patrons) and huge smoke clouds just to get through the main entrance, it really discourages me from wanting to return. Whats the point if i cant even get through during the most exciting hours. aside from that the bathrooms dont look to have been updated in any way since its burger king days. as of late there has been this musty smell that has plagued this place which doesnt keep me there for very long.
The front the house in my opinino needs the most work.
From the slow, unprofessional, seemingly untrained bar staff to the even slower wait staff im surpised this place is still draws a crowd. The drinks are almost always watered down and poorly made not to mention over-​serving seems to be a sport around here… my final visit to this place resulted in watching one of the bartenders serve a man so far past the the point of leagal intoxaication that he lost control of bladdar infront of everyone… and that bartender is still employed … that for me was the straw that broke the camel’s back and not to mention completely disgusting. i would say management really needs to get this place together, but from what I’ve seen here these past couple months they seem to be apart of the problem.

Monday night so not many people there. Bartender said hello seat yourself. Décor was nice. Music was a little loud but manageable It took a while for her to wait on us and the food took a while but she was really nice and attentive and the grilled chicken salad was great! Hubby said shrimp salad was great too! Check it out!

Disappointed. Went here after seeing Entertainment coupon to try them out. Gave them the coupon before bill was generated and was told they weren’t honoring them anymore. No reason given at all. Owner and manager was not even on the premises to talk to. No concession, only an apology by bartender. What a shame to lose customers over a coupon. Why would a business do that?

Walked into there tonight, sat at the bar and waited for several minutes for the bartender to even make eye contact. It never happened. Two white men walked in several minutes after me and the bartender acknowledges them and asks what they would like to drink. I thought I was in a movie. She finally asks me what I’d like and I order a beer at the Happy Hour price. I’m thirsty, and down it, then order another one at 8:55. The bartender is having a personal conversation with the gentlemen next to me, and isn’t too cognizant of me… but I’m ok with it, honestly… I just felt it was odd. I ask for my check and I was charged full price. I inquire and she tells me I ordered my beer after 9. I know for a fact I didn’t. She gives me some song and dance about how she can’t refund my card so I just say never mind and I pay the bill. I look and see that I’m the only African American patron at the bar. Not crying the race card, but it sure felt odd when everyone else got attention and I didn’t and the only difference was my skin color. I’ll never step foot in there again.

My daughter and I have been in a few times for dinner and to play pool. The staff is very nice and the food is quite good for a bar.

I came in doing surveys for local bars and I can say I enjoyed everything. The food was great and staff were friendly. I’ll definitely be back again

We went to this restaurant 3 days after they opened. We ordered chicken wings and tacos. Which took over an hour to receive our meal. When we complained to the owner/​manager she was very unprofessional. Stating that everyone came in at the same time… It was dinner time. There were a few other guests that left as well due to the long wait. Not very clean there was leaks coming from the ceiling near peoples tables. When we left they said I hope you guys come back … No if your by the front door smoking cigarettes while the inside is falling apart due to the kitchen staff that does not show great management right there.

Went to this location for the first time Saturday. We walked in and were not talked to by the hostess and a server told us to seat ourselves. We sat for about 5 minutes before we were greeted. We did not get menus until having sat for 10 minutes. We ordered a mozzarella stick app. We were told the kitchen was short staffed and our food would be 20 – 30 minutes. Around 25 minutes later we got our appetizer. Our food came out another 20 to 30 minutes after that. Our drinks sat empty almost constantly. When the food came out my buffalo chicken wrap had no sauce in it. My boyfriends pork chops came with the wrong sides. Our server did not come to check on us until we were finished eating. We asked for the check and did not get it until 10 minutes later.
The whole took about 3 hrs total.
Would not recommend.

Don’t waste your time. Greeted by the hostess and told to sit anywhere… Sat in the bar area and watched and listened to the bartender and staff speaking about coverage… and sat there… and sat there. never acknowledged us… so we left and as we left the hostess was so clueless, she said goodbye. Another place that will eventually close at that location.
