It brings me great pleasure to write the below review on Kelvin and April Reed. Over the past year, my husband and I have been in prayer for our transition out of the state of Virginia. When we initially contacted the Reeds to discuss the potential of selling our home, they help support our decision and encouraged us in positive and professional ways. After months pasted and we decided to sell our home. The Reeds were supportive, encouraging, and very knowledge on the transactions that followed.
During our time selling our home, both Kelvin and April took extra initiatives in making us aware of changes in the community, important selling information, and a content positive attitude during and throughout the process. They helped us to understand and adopt some important principles that help first time sellers like us were unaware of. It was evident that they have strong passion for helping others, and helping us to make good financial choices.
Kelvin and April were always a phone call away and always presenting information in an organized approach. I truly felt that we were a team and that they were not going to give up until we achieved our goal. There encouraging attitude and willingness to work where demonstrated each time we spoke. It was evident that they really enjoyed working with us.
