One of their piercers is so rude!!! Her name is Shannon I Believe … Definitely not customer friendly I will never spend another dime on the Chesapeake finders keepers because of her terrible attitude …

I just got my nose pierced today by Shannon and she was fantastic. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Was quick but not rushing and she made sure to walk me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. She told me in detail the aftercare instructions even though they are written on the page she gives you. The majority of my piercings are from Jessica (she is great as well) but I would definitely come back to Shannon too. So far I have gotten my third lobes, two cartilages, two rooks, and a tragus and all were pleasant experiences and healed quickly and correctly. Because of their professionalism and overall knowledge and friendliness as well as cleanliness is why I cannot go anywhere else and I highly recommend this for anyone considering a piercing. Pricing is higher than most places around but you’re paying for quality of both piercing and jewelry and it is worth it.

This place is clean and professional. The lady who did my peircing was nice and calm. The man who checked me in was the same way. I got my tongue pierced at the Chesapeake location.

Do NOT ever go here. I went here back in October to get my rook pierced and had nothing but complaints. They over-​charge for their crappy service. The staff was pretty careless and rude. When the girl started piercing I could feel every bit of my cartilage breaking and it was really uncomfortable– the girl puts the jewelry in and proceeds to smash it with pliers. After going home that night and inspecting my ear I noticed she pierced it completely crooked. It’s been 4 months; I’ve been taking extremely good care of it but the piercing is refusing to heal. It’s now infected and I can’t even get the ring out due to her smashing it with the pliers. I’ll probably have to get my ear amputated…

I went in on a Friday night right before they closed. I planned on just asking questions about a septum piercing. There was only one person working, but she still greeted me even though she was with someone and about to pierce them. She answered all of my questions in detail and I was so comfortable that I decided to get it done that night. She was nice enough to stay open long enough to do my piercing. She explained everything she was doing before she did it. She joked around with me to ease my nervousness. She is Jessica Sterling. Super glad I picked this place and got pierced by her. Yes, they are pricey, but like anything else, I’m willing to pay more for a better product/​service.
