If anyone has children and is looking for an OUTSTANDING miracle worker, visit Dr. Spruill!!! Our 4 year old needed extensive dental work and had actually visited another pediatric dentist in the area first. Dr. Spruill made it possible for our little one to not go under anesthesia and go the hospital. He was gentle, kind and made the entire procedure go smoothly and flawless! The cost was right around ½ of the other local pediatric dentist and the work was done in the office. Dr. Spruill and his assistant are to be highly commended and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
