I stopped in after being out of the country for a month. I thought I had misplaced my SIM card but it was just not working because I switched phones. The person who helped me, specifically Angelee l, told me I would have to pay $ 12 for a new sim and $ 15 to switch phones on my account which I was not happy about at all. We soon realized I did have the correct sim it was just not working because my new phone was not listed on my account. She then told me I could avoid the fee by simply calling in to metro pcs customer service. I did that and within 10 minutes was up and working. Great customer service like that will keep me a metro customer.

So I walk into this store and the customer service is just… bad. Verizon was a much happier and more helpful place.
