The worst experience ever. I went there last night for my appointment at Cherry Hill at 7:55 pm. I arrived at 7:55 exactly and the doors were locked. Another person came in for her appointment and waited with me, wondering what was going on. After 20 minutes a person came to the door said she does the books and doesn’t know if the fingerprinting person was there and went back in, this was all the while the door was locked. I was so disappointed because I was on time and the person left before 8:00pm. Don’t try to call the 1800 number ether, they don’t answer or you get a message to call back later. If you need fingerprints, avoid this place at all costs. The website is down a lot too. It’s so unprofessional and they know they get away with it because they have your money already and you have been assigned to go there and you cant reach them directly.
