Went here after reading other great reviews. Trail can be steep in places, wouldn’t have bothered me as much if my child wasn’t riding with me, but I knew what I was getting into taking her. Overall an amazing experience and so glad they allow younger riders. Guide was nice and even found my glasses on the trail on the way back down. Beautiful way to view the mountains!

A last minute decision was made to go horseback riding, and we were glad to find this gem of a stable! I have ridden horses before, and found this trail to be challenging enough to be fun, but not scary enough to scare the novice riders. All around a great ride and lovely time! Highly recommend to all!

I couldn’t agree more with the first reviewer(Chris)! Except that we went in the summer so our scenery was very lush green trees, a welcome change for us Californians. My husband and I took our two children and the horses were very good with everyone. Mr. Bark, our guide too, was, the«real deal», a Native American cowboy who really knows his horses. When we got to the top of the trail and viewed Tennessee we could see that it was raining there, it was beautiful! The ride down was a lot of fun and the horses are very well trained. We all had a great time, and the price was right!

Found End of the Trail after a last minute decision to head to Cherokee. Most of the other horseback riding places had closed for the season even though the autumn was very mild. The street is right off the main road and just a few minutes away from Harrah’s Casino. The road is narrow with some steep hills but is paved and I didn’t have any problems in my sedan. Not a fancy stable by any stretch of the imagination but it is clear that the horses are well cared for and happy to be horses. Our guide was the owner, Mr. Goodlow Bark. He is the real deal Native American cowboy. He is very soft spoken but shared lots of information with us as we made our way up the mountain. The climb was steep but the trails are well maintained and the horses know the way. Saw some wonderful fall colors and at the peak we could see all the way into Tennessee. Coming down the mountain was even more fun and the horses were trying to canter back to the stables. Again, Mr. Bark does an excellent job of keeping the group together and the horses on their best behavior. Will definintely visit again in the spring.
