Wouldn’t let us make a take out order because we were ordering more than 5 items. It was very disappointing!

Our server Stacy was amazing! Being from NY I gotta say the Parmesan crusted medallions and lobster ravioli were amazing! Stacy recommended the lobster bisque which frankly I could’ve eaten 2 orders of it!!! Stacy is the true meaning of southern hospitality and made our experience awesome! The guys in the poker room recommended Brio and we’ll definitely be back!!!

This is a nice restaurant in the casino building. The service was nice. We ordered tomato with mozzarella for appetizer. It was good and fresh. but the chicken on the brick was over cooked .the tiramisu was great. Overall it was ok.

Definitely a good option for dining at Harrah’s. The décor is very nice and reminds me of even some Vegas italian restaurants. The food we had was pretty good and huge for the price. Both the sausage flatbread and the calamari were tasty. We’d order both again. The drinks on the other hand were pretty weak, and though pretty cheap, weren’t a good deal. Probably better to stick to beer and wine here. Here they have three areas for seating, at the bar, at lower bar tables, and then in the main dining room. The bar tables were nice for a few snacks and drinks since the bar itself was full. This is probably your best option at Harrah’s unless you want to shell out a lot more for Ruth’s Chris.

Visited the casino for a friends birthday, and upon arrival I was seriously hungry. Not really feeling taking out a loan to eat dinner at Ruth Chris’s we decide on Brio. Pro 1: Stellar service. From the host on up, everyone was pleasant, natural, professional and friendly. As always, stellar service will always bring me back to a place of business. Service was undoubtedly 5 stars… although the service probably wont bring me back to Brio. The food was just too terrible. It is definitely below standard. Opened with a bread basket that includes a whole loaf of bread and flat bread. Upon entering the restaurant, I asked 3 people for their recommendations. I asked the host, my server, and one other passing server. All 3 of them said order the pork chops. Theyre so good, theyre so this and that. Singing its praises. If you love pork chops, then, get the pork chops. I dont eat pork, SO the fact that no one recommended nothing other than the pork chops had me mini worried. Because I was hungry, I ordered some soup, the lobster bisque. It was that artificial orange-y color, and tasted just as artificial. No real cream here. Along with it being terribly salty, this bisque was inedible. Dont order the lobster bisque. I flagged down my server, and after I told her about the bisque, she quickly and kindly took the lobster bisque back and replaced it with a side caesar(full of romaine with rinds bleh.), and took the bisque off of my bill. Very wonderful server. For dinner, I ended up ordering the chicken with marsala. Came with potatoes and roasted veggies. I liked the veggies, though they were not plentiful, but the chicken marsala: High Blood Pressure inducing amount of salt. Completely inedible. I didnt bother telling my server, although she probably would have taken it off. Every part of my meal was terrible. The fact that I had such a nice server, I actually felt bad that my meal sucked and didnt want to send another part of my it back. Honestly, though the salt is overwhelming – dont order the chicken. Reading through many of these reviews, many of them make clear that the food here is incredibly salty. Insanely salty. Which will make you dehydrated, which I imagine doesnt make you want to gamble right? Brio, your not helping the casino! Now, my friends ordered the pork chops – and they liked it. Lesson: if you like pork chops, you’ll probably love Brio. Dont like pork chops, pony up and head downstairs to Ruth Chris’s.

We had crab bisque, spinach salad, and the filet mignon Oscar. I requested Medium Rare for the filet. It was cooked perfectly. Chef’s recommendation for wine pairing with the filet — SPOTON! Awesome experience, awesome waiter.

Had a great lunch at Brio today. Had sausage and roasted tomato pasta… excellent dish… large portion. My companion had chicken marsala cooked over the brick with excellent potatoes and mixed vegetables… so good… again large portion. For dessert… New York style cheesecake with a delicious sauce and a chocolate Ghirardelli cake… large slices. Coffee was great. The wait staff, Lita, was very personable and exceptionally attentive. More than reasonable price for two…$ 55.00 plus tip. Even if you do not gamble, have lunch at Brio.

But Really It’s Ostensible! :( We were at Harrahs last month and stopped by BRIO and looked at their lunch & dinner menus, they looked great. The Gorgonzola Crusted Lamb Chops caught my eye. Not only were they New Zealand chops which tend to have a more intense flavor than American but they were crusted with Gorgonzola one of my fav cheeses — what could be better? My hubby started dreaming about the Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops. Fast forward to last night… Primed and ready we ordered, we had our wine, our server was great and the restaurant is beautiful. Sadly what was described, what was expected and what arrived were totally different. The pork chops looked like Pork chops but were so heavily seasoned my man said he couldn’t taste the chops themselves. Strike One. As for the lamb chops? No gorgonzola crust just a breadcrumb topping. Strike two. As for them being New Zealand? There was no telling as all I could taste was OVERWHELMING salt and so much fresh rosemary I felt as if it could have been anything. Strike three! Considering the pork chops were $ 17.95 for a single or $ 24.95 for double and my lamb chops were $ 29.95 — that is too much to pay to not have what was displayed in full view on the menu and looked in appearance to be something totally different. Today, the buffet here at Harrah’s was closed and we had a comp to use so we ended up at BRIO again. And again all was not as it seemed, my husband’s Diavolo pasta was not spicy at all and my BRIO sliced Steak Salad had the smallest crumbly excuse for gorgonzola however we did bring it to our waitress’s attention and she did rectify the situation. Moral of the story: DONOT believe the menu! Such a shame as the waitstaff are top notch and so is the ambience. I also want to add last month we went to Ruth’s Chris here at Harrah’s and it was great! Get with it BRIO, comps won’t keep your business going forever.

Spent two nights at Harrahs. Went here on a Monday night. About a ten minute wait. Restaurant was not busy. Had grilled pork chop. Pork chop had good flavor and was tender. Vegetables were tasteful. The mashed potatoes and vegetables were a little too salty but still good. For choices at Harrahs it’s good. Price was $ 17.95

I’ve been to Brio before in CT so I knew what to expect. I was seated right away as it was about 4pm — having a late lunch. There is a large bar area that had the NFL games on it. I sat in the dining room. I ordered the chicken pesto and a Caesar Salad. I was expecting the sauce on the pest chicken to be a little thicker. It was like a runny clear broth. The salad was a good portion size but a lot of it didn’t have the dressing on it and then there were bites that had clumps of dressing. They were out of trout which was surprising since it was the special and the dinner crowd hadn’t even started. My waiter was attentive. Not a memorable experience but decent.

I had the grilled pork chop with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. The pork chop was very large, nicely done. Mashed potatoes were fine as were the vegetables. My husband had the spaghetti with meat sauce which he said was very tasty. It wasn’t a busy night and I believe our waitress only had 4 tables but it took too long for her to show up for our drink order. She also disappeared for long periods of time. When my husband received his dish he asked for a LOT of grated parmigiano cheese and told the waiter if she needed to, she could go to the back and grate it into a bowl. Well, she never came back. Had to flag down someone else.

After 7 weeks, I’m back on business and this was one of the few places open at 930pm. The Pesto Pasta with chicken is phenomenal!!! Still great waitstaff. Looking forward to eating here again.

This is an oasis in this casino, away from the food court and buffet crowd. The service is great and the food is good not great get here early to beat the crowd. In the little town of Cherokee this is a fine dinning establishment. This isn’t the Ruth Chris.

Longest dinner ever… thanks to goatee waiter. His trainee had to correct him!!! He brought out the same app twice instead of a main course and nonchalantly asked, you don’t want it?(No we don’t want to eat the same thing again). Dreadful experience.

Had high hopes for this restaurant which were mostly based on appearance, I suppose. It looked like it should be good and a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the casino crowd. Atmosphere and service get a B-. It was fairly comfortable and quiet enough for across the table conversation. Service was not great but it was adequate. The bread was hard, cold and tough! It was difficult to break/tear off a piece without risk of knocking over a glass from the recoil and spreading the crumbs like confetti over the next table. Bread plates were not on the table. Therefore, the two of us had to put our knives on the small butter plate in an attempt to keep them from clattering to the tablecloth — not successful. I had the lobster and shrimp ravioli which was too spicy. This may have just been an oversight on my part by not checking the description closely enough before ordering. My first bite was too salty and too spicy which over powered the lobster as in ‘what lobster?’ My date’s chicken and strawberry vinaigrette salad looked amazing. It was a large salad which covered a dinner platter. Unfortunately, the chicken looked as if it had been pulled out of an Oscar Meyer package from the local grocery store sandwich meat department – the one located next to the packages of ‘cheese food’ slices. Was it an awful meal? No. Was it over priced? Yes. Would I go back? Yes, to check and see if the mediocrity was a fluke. But, I wouldn’t order the Oscar Meyer salad!

Atmosphere and employees were great. My only complaint is the dry veggies and instant potatoes. Anything over $ 20 per plate shouldn’t have instant anything. Everything else was great, but the potatoes were a surprise and disappointing.

We ate here on a weekday evening. Overall, a pretty meh experience. I ordered the Fennel Sausage & Roasted Tomato Trecce Pasta. The flavors never came together – there was sausage, tomato, pasta, broccoli, etc. but it was like I was eating each of them individually. The pasta was flavorless. The broccoli sure seemed like it came from a frozen bag to me. Overall, very disappointing. My dining partner’s dish was slightly better, a lobster and shrimp pasta that was also a good bit pricier. Pretty basic dish, honestly. The shrimp were pretty small, and lobster pieces were scant. You can get the same taste from Costco’s lobster bisque(for a lot less). The dessert was pretty tasty, a chocolate torte with ice cream on top. It took a while to arrive though. On the plus side, the service was nice and professional. But really, this is overpriced and underwhelming.

Completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been coming to Harris for about 5 years now. Previously I’ve always eaten at Paula Deans or the food court. Let me say, this place blows Paula Deans out of the water. I got the chefs special of the day(Pan Seared Trout). Delicious! It was a huge butterflied trout on a bed a garlic mashed potatoes. It came with roasted vegetables, but I switched it out for asparagus. The sides were just as good as the main dish. This is by far the best meal I’ve ever had in Cherokee, and will be returning here again and again. For $ 25 I felt like I was stealing the food.
