What a charming place to find excellent books and take time for a cuppa on the house. Owners Lucy and Michelle are gracious and thoughtful, the quietly passionate friends of literacy and art that make Chelsea such a marvelous little gem. Around the corner from the famous Common Grill and the venerable Purple Rose, this little alleyway gem should be on everyone’s list for a wander around the village shops.

Redford, MI
Comfy used book shop, gracious owner and Voltaire the White Dog! Lots of fiction, children’s, and a bit of nonfiction, too. Two books from the 1920’s that I bought were nicely priced, most other more current books are priced at half-​off retail.
