If you want a bad nail job that will fall apart in days then this is the salon to go to… The staff is awful, the place is dirty and Kim the owner has a really bad attitude… They use cheap products, and they’re not properly trained… I got my nails done three days later it came off… I try to tell Kim and she totally gave me the cold shoulder! I’m so disappointed with this place! Customers beware!!!

If I could give negative stars I would, I’ve been going here for about 4 years and now that’s I come back to Kim with a problem it must be my fault. No your nail tech did something to mess up my nail. So I wouldn’t suggested anyone goes here. My nail got infected. Thanks a lot ! Great full set I had & trip to the hospital

Had my fingernails done here before. Not happy at all. The guy who did my tips put them on crooked, and then two days later they began to fall off. I will never go back.

Three weeks since I stopped into International Nails for a pedicure and still no chips! I’m so impressed with that since it’s flip flop season and I’m klutzy smashing my feet into anything so I was really expecting that I would be making a return trip now for a new pedicure but I can wait another week before having to change it up. The place is basic with nothing plush about it but what it lacks in décor/amenities it makes up with in price and quality of the pedicures, and waxing. Some people commented in reviews that people didn’t try to upsell them or interact with them much but I didn’t mind this. I have a 6 month old at home. I need the peace and quite where I can get lost in my own thoughts, not about diapers, laundry, and how many times I’ve sung ‘Down by The Bay’ that day. I’ll be back.

Ehhh… not great. I had to wait at least a half hour for a manicure, but I was killing time while doing laundry so I was ok with it. Lady that did my nails was nice enough, but she kept pushing the gel manicure on me(for $ 25, no thanks) and commenting over and over about how short my nails are. Yes, I know, I cut them that way because I like them like that, no need to point it out like it’s a bad thing. might go back for a pedicure strictly because its much cheaper than salons near where I live.

Bad experience got the shellac on a Friday and it’s Tuesday not even a week and it’s pealing off. Very bad application supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks. I have gotten it done before and it last me a month. I would not go to them again or recommend them.

I spent so much time picking out my manicure and pedicure colors, you would have thought I was prepping for surgery. International Nails wall of colors is pretty impressive but I wish they carried more OPI brand nail polish. They had some other look alike brand mixed in. The manicurist came over a couple times to nudge me along and finally I had my colors selected(or so I thought). The manicurist carefully removed my nail polish off my toes, clipped my cuticles, scrubbed my feet(it tickled so bad) and«massaged» my legs. By massage, I actually mean beat my legs. I was getting my nails done for a wedding and I was a bit nervous that she would have left bruises. Fortunately, it didn’t! She did a good job painting my toes and two weeks later, they still look great. As for my manicure, I picked out a hideous color. Thankfully, she did not let me go back to the polish wall and immediately started painting the color that was on my toes on my finger nails. Then it was off to the drying station where I promptly messed up my nails. She fixed them without a fuss. Why not give them more stars? I wish anyone who worked there had tried to interact with me a little more. No one even try to up-sell me! The next time I go, I’ll know their process and bring a friend to keep me entertained.

Decided to go here because I’ve lived in chelsea for 11 years and never tried them out. I decided to get a full set, pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Total was $ 54 plus a tip, so not bad at all. Only downside, I went on a saturday at 10:30am to avoid the crowd of ppl, but it was crowded. I would definetly go again.

Awfully dirty and the staff acts as if they could care less. Such a shame cause there arent many nail salons on Broadway to compete with so they could run a very successful business if they made some improvements. I went first thing in the morning on a Saturday and when I walked in there were«cleaning up» from the night before. Sweeping the floor, etc. It was just dirty in there. Plain and simple. The manicure I got took less than 10 mins and I left not feeling pampered at all. No tip for my manicurust and I didnt feel gulity!

My friend comes here all the time for acrylics. She raves about them so I decided to try it. I got a Shellac mani. The mani its self wasnt anything impressive. A quick soak and good cuticle clipping. I was happy she didnt file my nails too much because they were already short. She did an OK job applying the gel, although I wish she didnt go so close to the cuticle because it looks bad when it grows out. Overall it was ok for $ 25 shellac.

a great place for pedicures. Ask for Julie. Holding out on the manicures though. Ni(pronounced«knee») was pretty eager to carry my bag as my nails were freshly manicured, but I ended up misplacing a $ 100(5 $ 20s) immediately thereafter. I blame myself — I should have know better than to pull a wad of cash in front of her. A little kindness and honesty was too much to ask for and otherwise. I love this place!!! They deserve 5 stars, but Ni and he sticky fingers messed it up, but don’t let one bad apple spoil the experience. Enjoy — just carry your own purse!
