I was impressed with the initial visit. The visiting nurse did a thorough exam of my wife and then told to expect a call later that day as to what the doctor recommend.
After waiting for a call and not receiving one that night, I waited the following day up until it was an hour before close of business and called the office. The receptionist assured me that I would hear from the nurse in a short time. Three hours later I did receive a call and was told that the doctor hadn’t been in touch with her. I asked that the nurse keep me up to date as to what was going on
One week later I had to call the office again still waiting for answers. Again was told the nurse would get back to me. Three days later I received a call from their office saying the doctor has been on vacation. Still haven’t heard from the nurse after three weeks.
I can not in good conscience recommend this service to anyone wanting communication.
Nice start, lousy follow up.

The team is professional and handles my concerns quickly. Their medical care and genuine concern for my Mom is heart warming. Go DOCS has become an extension of our family.
