Dr Deborah Wayne & Associates

Dr Deborah Wayne has been taking care of my eyes for 20 years– and now takes care of my family and my extended family. She has met me in her closed office for emergencies twice and helped me prevent two emergency room visits. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. There is nobody I trust more with my eyes or my vision. I’ve been to both offices– she has an amazing assortment of glasses to choose from and her staff is always pleasant and friendly. They call me right away when my glasses and contacts are in and always call to remind us of our appointments. I highly recommend her for the care of your eyes and your families– children to octogenarians. She’s THE BEST.

Dr Deb runs a professional and courteous office. I was pleased to know that there is a change in staff. I will always choose Dr Deb as my optometrist

This place is CHAOS.
I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.
–Receptionist always looks Discombobulated as though she cant handle the stress of the phone guests and doctor
–much smaller; too many people
–Don’t answer their phone
–When they do answer, you are always put on hold
— Doesn’t matter what time your appointment is, 80% of the time you will not be seen at the time you scheduled.
–You can never hear yourself think in there! The kids act like its a playground!
–If you ordered contacts, dont wait for them to call and let you know they’ve arrived because you’ll never receive that call.
Although, if your first language is spanish, then chelsea location would be better for you as far as communication goes.
Deborah also has a location in MALDEN (1 city away.)
Malden is the complete opposite to chelsea as far as customer service.
As far as Deborah, ive had no problems with her. I had an emergency and needed to see her and she was able to squeeze me in the very next day.
