This was our first stop on our wine adventure through Chelan. We got there right as they opened and were welcomed warmly by the General Manager, his wife and the woman who did our tasting(cannot remember her name!) We chatted with them for quite a while and they ended up comping our tasting fee when we told them we were military. They were so nice and helpful! Spent over an hour tasting and bought several bottles. I can’t wait to go back this summer. Such a wonderful atmosphere, excellent and knowledgable staff and the wine was delicious!

This winery is just beautiful. A touch of Italy right in Chelan. The staff are always friendly and service is great! The restaurant is one of the best in Chelan. Put this on your list of places to go in Chelan.

My husband and I wanted to get married here and since day one their customer service was disappointing. Their wedding coordinator was very difficult to work with and her answer to everything seemed to be «no». They do not cater to brides and their vision for their wedding day, they will only allow their vision and there are a lot of rules that limit you when it comes to the vision of your wedding. They are not flexible at all with times and as the bride you and your coordinator or family pretty much have to set everything up yourselves and take it all down and you get one hour to do so. This to me was crazy considering your wedding day is already hectic enough and then try setting everything up in an hour! After trying to work with them for months and getting more frustrated than excited. We both decided to look elsewhere for our special day. We got married at Karma Vineyards and their customer service was OUTSTANDING! Their food and wine was much better. They were everything that tsilian was not and were so generous and kind and wanted to work with me to make sure every detail of my vision was played out exactly how I wanted. We dropped everything off the day before and didn’t have to set up or break down A THING! They did everything for us! And looking back I don’t know how we would have done it ourselves and still have it turn out the way we wanted. Their panoramic view is also incredible and there are many elements to their grounds while tsilian has one area for everything. Our guests were raving about everything from the view, food, wine, staff and all the details! We are so glad things worked out the way they did. Tsilian price DOESNOT reflect their customer service or quality of their food/wine.

Amazing food!!! So elegant. I had the salmon & my husband had the steak. They both were delicious! The scenery was spectacular. You can sit near the waterfall or with a view of the lake. Clean & friendly. Great place for a special occasion or just a family dinner.

Loved the views! Brunch was yummy! We came in late May and inquired into having an event hosted here and unfortunately they are already booked through next summer(2016)! The atmosphere is idealic and food good though, so I can’t wait to return!

We originally had a mishap on our anniversary and could not eat there. But after hearing about our situation, David the manager, called me and offered to give us a special evening on them. When we arrived we were treated like royalty and taken care of in the most amazing way. David and his staff went out of their way to show what true quality service is. They were professional, kind, attentive and eager to help. The food was fantastic! The recommendation of wine pairing and the wine at the restaurant was wonderful. The scallops we had for a starter might’ve been the best seafood dish I’ve ever had. Truly more than made up for a small mishap and we look forward to coming here again and having many more wonderful nights! Thank you so much!

After reading some of the previous reviews we almost didn’t try out Tsillian Cellars. Wow! I’m so glad we did. The views were breathtaking, the food was excellent and the service was very good. I would definitely recommend it. This was my favorite winery. ***** 5 stars

I love to try to come here every time I am in Chelan! The food and the wine is amazing. The only criticism I have is that sometimes the employees are not the nicest, but I have had more pleasant experiences then unpleasant. Will definitely come back!

Visited Tsillan Cellars upon recommendation from a friend while visiting Chelan. We were not disappointed. The driveway from the highway leads you to the Tuscan inspired building in the 135 acre estate overlooking the beautiful Lake Chelan. The tasting room is located to the left with Sorrento’s Ristornte to the right. The tasting room is large with a long stone counter running across the left wall adorned with wine racks and a large fireplace at the every back of the room. There were about six staff members pouring that Saturday. The cost is $ 5.00 for the tasting. We purchased two bottles of the 2012 Estate Sinistra — aromas of fresh berries and flavors of black berries, dried roses and plum. There is also a retail section offering wine accesories, locally packaged pastas, candles in half wine bottles, soaps, aprons, dish towels, costume jewelry and numerous unique gift items for wine lovers and chefs. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, the views are amazing!

There is no view in the Chelan winery area quite like Tsillians. The food was completely magnificent, the pasta was tender and flavorful and the appetizers did not disappoint. We got the pesto pasta, the garlic and bread appetizer, eggplant parmigiana and crème brûlée. The pasta was great! I found myself craving it the next day. Perfectly cooked and not over down with sauce. The eggplant was one of the best I have had in my life. I could go back for a lifetime and eat it. The garlic spread was spectacular. We ended up taking some home but definitely glad we ordered it. It was cooked to total softness and serves in cloves. They easily spread on the toasted bread and came with a dip. The crème brûlée was fabulous, nothing special but always a good way to end a meal. Overall the winery was beautiful, the bathrooms are gorgeous, the bar top is easy to access and very lively. I would suggest going here last and ending your winery tour’s with the beautiful sunset that overlooks the lake. ENJOY!

I love Tsillan Cellars! Not my first visit, but apparently I’ve never written a review! We brought some friends over to Chelan that had never been. We decided the first stop on our wine tour would be Tsillan. The views are incredible! They have beautiful grounds and a beautiful winery. We came on a Saturday around noon, and it was pretty busy. We got great service nonetheless! The wine steward was attentive and knowledgeable. We tried around 5 wines, and I think the flights were around $ 8 each. Good wine. I love the gift selection! The prices are pretty reasonable as well! They have lots of great wine-themed gifts as well as other great stuff; like shirts, earrings, scarves… Etc. definitely a great stop on the Chelan wine tour! A must go, for sure! If you have time, Sorrento’s is fabulous too! Pricey food but well worth it!

Nothing beats a lazy summer afternoon like enjoying bottle of wine with your wife at your favorite winery. Well, you have several choices(winery not wives) to choose from. Today, we choose Tsillian Cellars. This upscale winery on the south shore of Lake Chelan overs amazing views from its sprawling grounds, a great restaurant, and beautiful koi ponds and streams. The tasting room might be cramped on the weekends; however, its worth the crowds to taste and purchase their award winning wines. The winter also offers a different type of beauty that shouldn’t be overlooked.

My friend is a wine club member and took me here for a birthday brunch Sunday morning at Sorrento’s. After brunch, we did a mini wine tasting inside. Wine club members get free tastings, and they pour a good amount of wine, too. The winery itself is gorgeous. You can take in a beautiful view of Lake Chelan from the winery. They also have a great garden walkway with a koi pond to a little patio in the back as well where you can sit, relax, and enjoy a bottle of wine. It’s a great place for a small wedding venue, birthday party, or any event. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Parking plentiful and easy,

This place is jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Like so pretty I’m making a mental note to have my wedding here. Easily the most visually appealing winery I’ve ever been to, and the second we drove up the gated vineyard-lined drive, I knew we were in for a treat. We initially went in for lunch at Sorrento’s, but once we saw the spot, we thought it would be more special to come here for our anniversary dinner that evening. So we decided to kick off the day with a tasting with Preston. Preston was very knowledgable, friendly, and a delight to chat with. I enjoyed the wines(though I admit some of the other ones I had later in the day were a bit better than the ones I had here) and loved that they gave you such big pours! We had about two glasses of wine before leaving to finally go find lunch somewhere before continuing our tour. They have a nice little gift shop area, which was fun to poke around in. When we returned for dinner later that night, we popped in to tell Preston that we enjoyed his other recommendations of wineries in the area. Even though they were closing up shop, he chatted with us for awhile and even gave us a free glass of wine while we waited for our table! He said we were free to roam around the property while we waited, and we even got to check out the exclusive wine members lounge area up top. Visiting here made for a really special day, and our dinner was delicious. don’t miss Sorrento’s for a romantic lunch or dinner!

When I have been tasting in Chelan I have always avoided this place because it is a bigger, more well known winery in the area and figured it would be pretty busy. This time we were lucky that it was open apparently since not many are after Christmas. Which was nice since we were one of 3 parties in here. I thought there wine was pretty good and we left with a bottle of the Sinistra and Rossa. The grounds are really pretty and we have heard wonderful things about the restaurant. The staff guy working was really nice and friendly. He even helped educate us on which wineries were open that day too.
