Stuff It Upholstery And Foam Rubber

My experience here nearly matches that of NC in the reviews «Not Recommended» by Unilocal.I brought 2 sofa throw pillows in for restuffing on a Monday, and was promised my pillows would be ready «By Saturday». A little after noon Saturday we went to pick up the pillows while running other errands, and we were told to «come back after 5pm».
It’s a bit of a drive to this shop, and I called to inform the owner I could not make it back that day, but would pick them up Monday. I also started a sentence to ask if he would consider a small price adjustment for my having to make 2 trips OR make me a good price on my next project. I was VERY rudely cutoff mid sentence, and informed I should have called before coming to pick up the pillows. Then the owner went off on a rant and honestly, I have never heard or been exposed to such rude, unprofessional behavior and tone from a business owner in my life!
I picked up the pillows on Monday, and the lady was very nice. But when the owner heard my voice out front, he came running into the office to chastise me some MORE! He grabbed the pillows and threatened to remove «his stuffing» if I didn’t sign a receipt saying «No Returns» on it (even if the pillows were stuffed incorrectly). I was then asked to never return to his shop. He even pointed to a VIDEO of my 1^st trip to his store dropping off the pillows he had loaded up and running, yet I have no idea why.
The pillows were indeed restuffed and now they are EXTREMELY firm, and not really suitable as cozy throw pillows. I gave this business 1 Star because there isn’t a Zero. The owner is in severe need of Customer Relations training.
