Update — had food poisoning for two days from this place.
Also, the manager who requested I email her to «make things right» never emailed me back. Please don’t offer to make things right with your customers if you don’t intend on actually doing so.

I go here at least twice for lunch each week. Small burrito bowl is hardly any calories and has lots of flavor. Plus the guac is free on the bowl. What more could you want?!

It’s fine. It’s a slightly less better version of Chipotle. They don’t nickel and dime you for the guac or sour cream but the quality of ingredients is lower than that of Chipotle. Not as flavorful either. It’s ok.

I like this chain and always visit it when traveling. Food was good fresh. Service was okay. One of the servers was nice and cheerful while making the bowl, everyone else was dry.
Not the best location I’ve been too, but not the worst either. I still love this place and wish Tussy would come to Atlanta.

Had soft tacos — chicken, steak, and ground beef were all very good. Service was good. Bathroom floor needed some attention.

Wow. This place sucked. I’m not familiar with the chain so I thought the place looked cute from the road but once inside I was sorely disappointed. The employees were all super rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. The girl making my food pretty much bullied me into getting ingredients I didn’t want… I’m a quiet, nonconfrontational introvert, so I didn’t argue with her. The food was cold and I was very displeased to find a hair in my nachos… once I was almost finished eating. Food was mediocre at best. I won’t be back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Absolutely disgusting establishment and horrible management. As I’m ordering, the manager scoops a scoop of dressing into my sisters burrito and a long hair gets dragged from the bucket. The young girl who was making my quesadilla laughed and said «Oops, that’s my hair! Should have worn a hair net huh haha??». The manager thought nothing of the hair and continued making my sister’s burrito. My sister requested a new burrito and the manager seemed annoyed. Not a single employee making food had gloves on or hair nets. Not even the manager. There were flies landing on all of the meats. A customer behind me even pointed it out to the employer and she laughed and swatted it away. That customer was so angry he left. They laughed as he left and talked in front of us about how they didn’t care that he left. As we get to the register, The manager didn’t offer to comp our food or anything.
I went straight to the drink station after paying and not one, not two, not three, or even four BUT 7 sodas were out… So I settled and ended up getting one of the few sodas left. Orange sprite… *barf*.
We sit down and start eating. Both my sister and the friend we were eating with had cold burritos. The meat and queso were both freezing cold. I went to ask for the manager and surprise… It was the woman who scooped the hair out. She acted more surprised that the sodas were out then the fact that there was a hair scooped onto my sisters burrito.
Overall… Horrible experience. Disgusting food. DO NOT GO HERE

The steak and chips and salsa were excellent. The only disappointment was the cold crunchy brown rice in my bowl

Just living a few miles we wanted to try a new Mexican restaraunt and came across this place. The chips and Pico was freshly made and mild. I ordered the shrimp burrito and the fixing was generous. Wife had the steak and it was the small and the portion was generous. It was a little overpriced. Will return.

Great Tex Mex meals here! Parking is a bit scarce but the selection of foods is ample and fresh. Chips and salsas are some of the best in town! The location is convenient to the mall and all the other Gunbarrel eateries.

Yes it’s a chain…
BUT, it’s better than Moe’s!
