Dunkin’ Donuts

Cold, stale donuts and rude service is a great recipe for never having repeat customers.

Service was quick however the actual coffee did not taste good. This is my second disappointing time coming to this location and certainly my last. If I pay 5 dollars for a coffee I want it to be at least somewhat good.

I dunno how hard it is to give me the right freaking doughnut. Old, cold, and stale. I ordered a sour cream doughnut and was given one filled with blueberries. Didn’t see them, took a bite… I’m allergic to berries!

I stopped by to pick up a dozen donuts for a work meeting on 6÷17÷15. Later in the day I got an email from my boss asking if I thought I was being funny. Turns out, while eating a maple glazed donut from the box I’d brought, she’d found herself chewing on a fingernail clipping that had been cooked inside the donut. She even sent me a picture of it.
I posted on their facebook account about the incident, but never heard anything back. Personal grooming should never be done around food being prepared, and on top of that, aren’t they supposed to be wearing gloves when making food items? I am so grossed out, my boss is grossed out, and DD has lost my business.

Having previously lived in the Northeast for over 10 years, I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts shops. A lot. And you know what, this location is pretty darn good.
I’ve always gotten exactly what I ordered and quickly. I often meet my mom or sis at this DD (as it’s near our errand stops) and the fine folks here even bring our order out to us if we’re seated inside. And they’ve never hesitated to adjust/​alter my drinks if requested… like when they continued to add milk to my godson’s lukewarm hot chocolate when he swore it was still too hot!

After my first visit to Dunkin Donuts I have no intention of ever going back thanks to the staff at this particular location. They were not only extremely rude while taking my order but made me pay for 6 extra donuts that I didn’t even want. This being my first time to go to a Dunkin Donuts I wasn’t up to speed in their particular lingo and they informed me at the window that I had ordered wrong so it was my own fault that I got the wrong donuts. Management did nothing to try and resolve the problem just informed me that if I wanted the donuts that I had originally thought I had ordered that I would have to pay for them. Horrible experience and the food wasn’t even good once we made it home.

As taste goes, this is a fine establishment. However, if you want your order right, its a challenge for them. I often get the same thing, plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese on the side. The last 5 times, only once was the order right. Its either smothered on the bagel, or they’ve given me plain cream cheese. How hard can this be?
