I just LOVE their happy hour. Their Sriracha Shrimp is something I actually crave and it is on the half priced list. Oh Yeah! This location has a ton of regulars in the bar that are a blast. By regulars I mean I think they spend more time here than at home.(Think Cheers) I guess they liked us because they want us to come back every day. LOL. Other than the afternoon bar experience this is a three star establishment just like every other Applebee’s on the planet.

Food was not good tonight. Chips from the spinach dip were so greasy I couldn’t eat them. The sirloin steak was cooked medium and was so chewy and tough I couldn’t finish it. The grilled chicken that we got was pretty decent but was a little rubbery and bland.

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews on here, if I had read them first I may not have came here but I’m glad that I didn’t do that. My experience was great, about as good as any Applebee’s and maybe a little better in terms of customer service. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately, they weren’t that busy at 2pm on a wednesday. Kelly M. was our server and she was great! My husband wanted to get fries with a side of bacon bbq sauce rather than the sweet potato fries on the menu for an appetizer and they were more than happy to accommodate the request. I ordered the Crispy Brewhouse Chicken and it was delicious though maybe just a touch overdone, but not enough to complain as it was still good. I’m typically cautious when it comes to restaurant mashed potatoes because I cant stand when the potatoes get that nasty«skin» on them from sitting out too long, but the mashed potatoes that came with it were fresh. My husband ordered Triple Hog Dare Ya and said his was very good too. As we were leaving another server asked how our meal was and the manager actually held the door open for us and also asked about our meal. 100% satisfied :)

We probably got here at about 1:45pm &2:00pm on a Sunday, as soon as we stepped in the hostess jumped in and said«you’ve got to move away from the door, it’s a fire hazard» ok first of all if the restaurant caught on fire we’d be the first ones out the door. Second of all she didn’t even say welcome, the second hostess took our last name and made us wait about 15 mins to seat us since it was a group of 6 people, which is kind of understandable since is a couple more people than usual. My boyfriend usually orders the ultimate trio and this time they have changed their menus so we ordered it even tho it wasn’t called the«ultimate trio» anymore, so the«trio» came out first leaving my boyfriend eating first & us waiting for our food to come out, then the hostess comes to us argues saying how it’s not supposed to come out together with our food that it’s supposed to come out separately. No one explained it so we didn’t know! Looking like she’s on crack or meth, the hostess starts telling us left and right how it wasn’t supposed to come out all together blah blah blah. My boyfriend then says«so im gonna be eating but by the time their food comes out I’m gonna be food less?» To what the hostess replies«yes, they’re not gonna serve it to you all together» gave us attitude and didn’t even apologize or anything, however our waitress which came from another Applebee’s was nice she even apologized for the hostess, kept checking on us and asking if we needed refills or if we needed anything at all. Jordan did an excellent job for her first time being at a new restaurant(like I’ve said before she had came from another Applebee’s) but Samantha,(the hostess) was a total bitc*. Also as we were leaving, we heard her say«Im not mad, I’m just always serious so I rarely smile». NEVER will we come back to this Applebee’s again, we have NEVER had any problems at any other Applebee’s and today just killed it for us and my boyfriends family.

On a road trip home. This was our halfway dinner stop. No appetizer but did have a red apple sangria. Which always helps! I ordered the American Standard burger. Yummy! Husband ordered the four cheese mac n cheese with lemon pepper chicken. He received a teriyaki or BBQ chicken instead. I guess it was an ok stop. Don’t know if I’d stop here again. Unless it was for a sangria.

The host seemed surprised to discover us waiting. He asked how many in our party then said he would go clean off a table — for 15 minutes. The manager(without his tie on) TOTALLY ignored us when he walked up to the host/hostess podium. FINALLY we were shown to our table. The waitress came up right away and took our drink order, but then she disappeared! Three tables behind us were served food and we still had not gotten our beverages. I, being the more vocal, said I wasn’t waiting any more and we left. We went across the street to Chili’s and had EXCELLENT service!

BONUS! They had a happy hour here when we went to eat dinner. They had drink specials and appetizers at half price. Ok, as a Mom with 4 kids, I couldn’t enjoy that feature as much as I would have liked. The staff here was very friendly and helpful, checking on us frequently to make sure we had enough to drink, eat and of course our supply of napkins. The food was good and the manager even came by to check on us. Perhaps that was to make sure we weren’t totally trashing the place, but at the time it seemed like a friendly gesture. The food was good, I had some fish and rice, hubby had a steak which was really good and the kids had chicken fingers and burgers. All in all, it was a good experience.
