I was simply not prepared for how incredible the food is here! Although my family had been ranting and raving about this place, I had to go and see for myself whether the food was really «up to snuff.» Needless to say, the food was phenomenal! I highly recommend the Fried Gouda Cheese Grits topped with Shrimp Creole. It was unlike anything I had tasted before. Plus, the service from our waiter was superb and the atmosphere was comfortable.
It is well worth the trip to Chattahoochee to eat at Rutabaga! If you decide to go, though, I strongly recommend that you make reservations beforehand because the place gets packed quickly. In my experience, the kind of unique and high-​quality cuisine they serve here is rarely encountered in most cities (it reminds me of cuisine that you can only find in New Orleans). Go here now!
