Taco Bell

A fair amount of parking spaces, but only two open when I arrived around 2:00… But only about five people inside. The cashier, jasmine, was friendly and efficient. The floors were still sticky… Like someone spilled a regular drink and they mopped it up. The open tables I looked at were still dirty from the previous customers. They did serve me very quickly… I just finished filling up my soda when they called my name. I ordered their new quesalupa… basically a taco with s soft cheesy shell, with an extra cheesy center. It was pretty bland and a little chewy. When I finish trying their new items, I usually go back to their taco supreme and burrito supreme combo.

I seriously love Taco Bell, but god dang is it annoying when they ask me how many freaking packets of FIRE SAUCE i want. Like, give me a handful of Fire sauce and let me live my life! «Hi, thanks for your order, is everything correct on the screen?» «Yes, it’s correct.» «Would you like any sauce» «Yes, I would love sauce» «How many packets would you like»… «Uhhhh a handful?» «Ok, how many is a handful?» «Uhhhh. like 10»
And then I get the bag and theres literally like 4 in there. Step up your game, TB

Tried this place on way home from work wanting a quick bite to eat & something new. I modified my order& made it very specific, the lady who took my order made sure it would be exactly that & repeated order back to me. Quick, great food, nice service, no complaints. Great location

The people that work at this location are very polite and nice. Enjoy going here for food anytime.

This particular Taco Bell is the closest one to me, and as a fan, I sometimes go there for my fast food cravings. Today, I went through the drive thru for a snack. First, I pulled up to the speaker box and was greeted with a short «hi.» Nothing else for about a full minute. I thought maybe the headset was busted. I kept saying «hello, hello», without trying to be too annoying. After the 3^rd hello, I heard «how can I help you?» I ordered my items, one of which was a beef enchirito. I pulled up, paid, and was given my food.
I got home and noticed that my bag was completely soaked through. I immediately attempted to take out the little container of what was surely going to be a disappointment. THEY DIDN’T CLOSE THE BOX. They just threw it in without so much a thought. I put the offending container on the table, and stared at it, as all the rage and hate for this Taco Bell location filled my heart.
I seriously thought about contacting the corporate office, which I think am going to do. I get that this is a fast food place, and shouldn’t expect much from it, but have some standards! It’s as if you tell a child that they’re going to Disneyland, but you take them to the DMV instead. Screw you, Taco Bell. I never thought I’d ever say that in my life. Sad day.

Could be better. Could be worse. The staff is very friendly as of lately. (I wasn’t thrilled with previous employees… I was even asked at one time to backup in the drive thru before the window because apparently stopping at the payment/​pickup window triggers the wait timer and affects their performance.) Now, the employees are smiley and sweet. The drive thru line goes pretty quickly when I’m there which is nice. I just wish the food had some consistency. Sometimes I go there and the chicken tastes dried out. Sometimes I go there and the chicken burrito tastes oh so good and hits the spot. Same thing when I get the steak… sometimes it’s chewy and sometimes it’s good. It would be nice to know that when I’m having a craving, I’d get the good burrito, but it’s a toss up. Probably 70/30…meaning 70% of the time it’s good. That inconsistency may not be the fault of that particular T-​Bell and their cooks… perhaps their shipments of meat are not up to par. I have no idea because I don’t frequent other T-​Bells.
Also, they need to nix the spork. The spork was a good invention for camping but not when I’m eating a smothered burrito. A knife and fork would go a long way. Sometimes it’s the little things.

Not much too say it’s a fast food place, but I will say this place is very clean and not scary to be here very quiet, friendly staff. I have been coming in here about 4 months and never seen this place dirty. I’ll come back

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. Be open when you say you will be. What happend to accountability these days ?? Whoever decided to own ThIs franchise has some decisions to make. Id like to add this review was completed very drunk.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! Not crowded and I am still waiting for my order– I have been here for more than 15 minutes. Not FAST food!!!

By the time you get your food it will probably be expired because of how long it takes. How hard is it to make a loaded griller. Next time I’m going to hop behind the counter and make it myself.
They shouldn’t keep taking orders if they haven’t even put out the 5 – 10 orders that have already stacked up.
This place is open 24 hours because if it ever had a closing time they’d lock the doors before you get your food.

This Taco Bell is poorly managed, if managed at all! I didn’t see a manager when I was there. They left out my husband’s order, had to wait 20 min. The employees are to conversing with their buddies who come in there to hang out. I really don’t feel safe seeing people walking behind the counter that don’t work there. Who knows who is back there with the food? The owner of this store should be overseeing what is going on. Won’t be back

Went there for a ranch taco supreme and potatoes. The food was gross, broken taco. And the potatoes had sugar? Wth. When I asked to have my $ refunded to my card, they shorted me in cash instead. -.- they wanted me to get food instead of a refund but after that experience I wasn’t for it.

The cashier looked miserable and snatched my card out of my hand and did not have one smile on here face. Did really make me feel welcomed. I’ve had better experiences at this TB but it was just this one cashier that should not be there if she’s expected to give good customer service.

There is nothing like the shame I feel when I find myself in the drive through of this what has to be on of the slowest bumbling t bell on the western seaboard

This is very unfortunate that so many customers felt the need to sit down & write a review about a Taco Bell. I myself went to go have lunch & hadn’t had Taco Bell in such a long time. I thought it would be great.
It was far from great it was horrible.
I hope the management takes the time to read these reviews. We had the hard shell tacos which were very inconsistent, every taco was made different. We ordered 6.
The shell was soggy & broken from all the oil which was from a mushy meat mixture.
The tacos had so much lettuce to fill it up. The shells were broken. 2 of the tacos had barely any meat.
It was bad. I think the company could spend more time training their employees on standards & proper procedures on how to build a taco, it’s not that difficult.
I also don’t think we needed 21 hot sauces. That is just wasteful.
Please get back to standards!

Before writing this review, I thought how odd it is that I am choosing to review a Taco Bell on Unilocal,but the quality, or lack thereof, inspired me to review. And, it looks as though I am not the only one to review a taco bell haha.
This taco bell STINKS! Straight up, stinks. I enjoy taco bell on occasion and value that as a chain, they are fairly inexpensive and relatively consistent.
This location falls outside the norm. I have waited over ten minutes for food here on multiple occasions, and its a miracle when they get your order right. If you want cheap, quick and tasty mexican food, try VillaNueva next to the Ralphs instead!

Came on a Saturday afternoon for the cantina bowl with a coupon. Courteous service, quick, and clean inside. Took my food to go. My first experience at this location, as I usually stop by nearby mexican food places to eat, but was in hurry. Would come back.

I’ve never been dissatisfied with the food or service. My only complaint is that sometimes when I go in around 4pm, this place is full of high school students just chilling there and I have nowhere to sit.

UGHHHH — this Taco Bell is a DUMP. Everytime I’ve been here and I’ve given them a few chances already. food freaken sucks. I love Taco Bell but mannn this one food doesn’t taste right at all. the chicken burrito comes with avocado sauce but you don’t taste it till the very end they squirt it on one side and dont make it even. the crunchwrap supreme meat tastes awful and just everything about this place. I’ve been to other Taco Bells and never have a problem but it’s always this one. always FAIL!
FAIL FAIL FAIL. funky meat, uneven on the sour cream, avocado sauce and other condiments…
I will definitely NEVER EVER EVER come back to this location. I rather go to the one on Balboa and get good taco bell food than come here.

Truly this is THE best Taco Bell in The Valley! I drove all the way over from NoHo & was it worth it! The décor is fun & stylish, not old & bleh. The service was friendly and helpful. My order came out quickly despite the lunch rush & the presentation was superior to other TB’s. I felt the mellow oldies was a nice touch; it was far more fitting than most of the pop crap they play at other Bells. All the tables and counter tops were clean. The bathroom was tidy & all the trash cans were not over flowing (all this as i am sure you know is unusual for a Taco Bell). An employee swept the floor briefly while I ate. Truly an exceptional Taco Bell experience, worthy of the most discerning Taco Bell afficianado.
